Not fit for purpose on arrival

There was a dodgy smoke detector beeping, the heating was broke, no bathroom lights or hot shower, first day and a half was spent on calls waiting to get things fixed and then the owner offered an extra night , the apartment was not fit for purpose when we arrived , why would I want an extra night there.

Nice place good location

The private gates, nice property.staff? What staff?

Couldn't use front door as it would not open, so we had to use the kitchen french doors, difficulty getting as it is high. A stranger helped open the front but we could not do it it needs attention.

A pleasant holiday stay in a great location.

Great location

The drop out of patio doors too deep. Kitchen tap dripped all the time. Fob for electric gate broken and taped with sellotape. Shower in bath very hard to get into no handles and very slippy .

Last minute decision to go to Porthmadog was one of the best decisions made this year

I loved the location being very close so could walk to restaurants and shops.

I would have liked a more private outdoor space so could sit out if the weather had been nice.

Excellent accommodation. Close to all amenities and good for venturing out. Down side seagulls were a nuisance making noise at night.

ok, wished it had a washing machine.

Great location near harbour. comfortable clean and reasonably equipped. parking. good wifi.

No washing machine. Ground floor people walking by, no view. To access with car, need to pick up keys from key safe, open appartment (via french windows), find remote for external gate, drive in. Reverse when checking out. Usual front door does not open, access only via french windows.
