The location is amazing

Location was superb with an outlook over the harbour and a nice big window to view wildlife in the estuary. Property is on two floors (1st & 2nd floor) with a separate flat on the ground floor so felt secure. Very nicely furnished with everything that you might need and plenty of reading material and entertainment options. There is a nice cafe/bistro along the front a short walk away which serves excellent food (although it only opened at 10am for breakfast when we were there). We very much enjoyed our stay.

Parking is along the seafront, which is fine but it does get busy.

Shower not very powerful and towels were well used. Bathroom radiator not working. Fitted sheet on Bed on first floor kept coming off.

Great location- overlooking a serene bay just a 10min walk from Porthmadog on the Coastal Path. Great rooms-comfy beds and no noise interference (except for the owl in the woods- which was a joy!) Living room and kitchen really well equipped. Also, I loved and appreciated the kiddies den in the eves (even though my boys were 29+)🤣

The only surprise was not having a washing machine! It’s true that it wasn’t listed on the house ‘facilities’ but we took it as a normal (having rented self-catering accommodation all over uk). It wasn’t a big issue for us, but perhaps it could be highlighted in the advert and nearby laundrettes suggested in the ‘house folder’ as some families, who stay for a week or more, might depend on one.
