Really nicely presented accommodation with all amenities in a fantastic location. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations.
First floor stair gate folded inwards making it slightly difficult to get in, the gate would be better opening outward than in when coming up the stairs.

Everything was there that was needed, like home from home. Really surprised at the extent of the size of the place. Lovely location.
I didn’t know there where stairs, i struggle with stairs, no handrail to help me pull myself up. That was the only downside for me.

Location excellent, accommodation spacious, spotlessly clean. One of the bedrooms was set up as a double instead of the twin beds we required, but the owner responded swiftly and the twin beds were set up within the hour. Good WiFi. We have stayed in several places in Porthmadog over the past 20 years, but Lloydia provided better value than anything else available this year.
Noisy bin collections / deliveries before 7 am on two consecutive mornings. The approach to the rear car parking space was a little off-putting, as some of the properties along the rear lane were in need of some TLC, and on several occasions the lane was blocked by vans and lorries - but it was good to have the space nevertheless.
