Really lovely.

Perfect positioning next to the harbour. Clean and comfy. Tea, coffee, sugar and Eccles cakes on arrival. Easy key access.

The last guests or cleaners left 3 bin liners of rubbish in the living room on arrival. With not knowing where the bins were, we placed the bags outside the front door and the seagulls ripped all the bags open. Thankfully a neighbour showed us where we could take the rubbish.

Would definitely recommend and return. The location is fantastic

The location was perfect. The showers were amazing. The property had everything we needed.

The front door was a little difficult to open. The handle on door to washing machine area has come off. The bed in the room off the kitchen is too hard. Some mould around windows. Could not access the parking area as code given did not unlock gates, so trying to park each day on the road was tricky.

Great location, maintenance needed.

Location

Beds very uncomfortable- springs digging into body, bed linen basic, dog hairs on bedding. 2nd bedroom very small, en-suite ceiling paint unfinished, extractor fan not working, smelt damp, nowhere to hang or place items. Needs maintenance- lights not working, freezer door broken, storage shelves on fridge door missing, no washing up bowl.

Great location but you need to sort the issues

Good location and could be a beautiful apartment

It was grimy and needs a good clean and some TLC. Disappointing to note that other guests had raised issues but they have not been tackled. Ceiling paint missing above shower, looks like a repair has been carried out. Quite a few bulbs not working or flickering. Wall bh table badly scuffed. Freezer door broken so fridge permanently ran until we defrosted the ice box. Thermostat control did not seem to control the boiler. Food stains on kitchen cabinets and handles dirty. Chipped and stained coffee cups. Latch on front door not working properly. Windows filthy on inside and used earbuds underneath the chest of draws in bedroom with dust. Tv in both rooms have brackets coming off walls

Apartment needs some repairs to bring up to standard. t is in a great location.

Good location

Problems with overflowing toilet / raw sewage. Property manager did respond a day later but master bedroom unavailable to us for 2 days. Complaints to Booking just get deflected by their system. Apartment is a bit run down; mold on window frames, loose bathroom floor tiles, kitchen fridge has missing / damaged components.

Perfect location to stay for a few nights.

The location is amazing and love how toastie warm it is and the quirkiness, it real is brilliant.

There were loads of flies, in the lounge, the blinds in the bedroom are really scruffy and don’t work properly, unpleasant damp spots etc. no lamp in the lounge, rather than having full ceiling lights on. Just little details that need sorting and it will be amazing.

Amazing location absolutely beautiful! Loved the stable door and shower room!

Some of the furniture and units are tired and need replacing. The double bed at the top is very uncomfortable can feel the springs in the mattress. We slept in the other room. However the bed was falling apart at the bottom but more comfortable than the other.

We had a wonderful time loved Porthmadog the Captains Bank was great but some issues that need to be addressed

it was in a beautiful spot looking over the Marina

Not enough cleaning products very disappointed as the toilet paper in the cave bathroom was not a full roll l presume it was the left overs from previous visitors. The sofa needed a good hoover under pillows and actual sofa. The fan in small bathroom didn’t work properly and the tiles in the cave bathroom were very slippery. Lastly a complimentary Tea/Coffee/milk would be appreciated

Had an amazing time!

Had all the necessary information prior to arrival, so all ran smooth. Stunning views from the front door, beautiful beaches close by with a wonderful coastal path that takes you all the way to Black Rock Sands. Loved every minute :)

The cooker hood fell off on my head & the wardrobe rail came off, but apart from that everything was spot on :)

A really nice place to stay in a lovely location.

The location is excellent, lovely harbour with plenty of parking available. The apartment itself is on the ground floor and was spacious, modern and with everything you needed for the stay. We had a problem with the bed linen in the main bedroom which we noticed on our arrival. my phone call to the management company was dealt with promptly and within 30 minutes they arrived and dealt with the problem perfectly.

The problem I mentioned with the bed linen was that there was dogs hair all over the bed sheets both in the bed and on the pillows, as I said this was dealt with immiedately by the management company. However whenever we went out for the day and the apartment was shut up we would return to a very unpleasant smell of dog in the living room. My wife tried cleaning around the living room and hoovering the rug in front of the fireplace but the smell was always there.

Had an excellent time!

The walk in shower - like a cave! It was beautiful and an amazing experience! The colours of the decor was lovely and it all matched well. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Location was ideal for travelling around North Wales! Parking was always available somewhere on the street but never directly outside. Would certainly recommend to others and return at some point. Diolch yn fawr

The beds were a little uncomfortable and mattress lumpy. Painting could be touched up here and there. The toilet roll holder in one bathroom was very rusty.

Pleasant accommodation locally well situated giving ready access to the delights of North Wales.

A comfortable ground floor apartment overlooking the harbour with easy parking in front of or very close to the accommodation. Only a short walk from the Main Street and shopping. It is well situated for access to the Snowdonian National Park and the magnificent castles of North Wales.

The only minor concern were ants in the kitchen area but providing food is in sealed containers or in the refrigerator this was of little inconvenience. It probably wasn’t the most accessible accommodation for some one of restricted mobility .

great location, really good views. kitchen has all you need for self catering

quite a few cop webs in bedrooms and bathroom, the toilet area could do with a bit paint as it’s pealing off and in some places has come completely away from the wall (see pictures) the sofas are not very comfortable, the beds are very noisy when turning over. You can hear the shower and toilet from the apartment upstairs when in the bedroom on the left which is very annoying when trying to get to sleep. You can also hear people walking around upstairs. The tap on the smaller shower is broken and is quite difficult to turn on and off.

Highly recommend this cosy accommodation

Amazing accommodation, great location and really good facilities. Check in was easy, parking right out the front, close to the main strip. Would highly recommend if staying in Sonodia. WiFi code in on the router and is not the code in the Guestbook.
