Perfect positioning next to the harbour. Clean and comfy. Tea, coffee, sugar and Eccles cakes on arrival. Easy key access.
The last guests or cleaners left 3 bin liners of rubbish in the living room on arrival. With not knowing where the bins were, we placed the bags outside the front door and the seagulls ripped all the bags open. Thankfully a neighbour showed us where we could take the rubbish.

The location was perfect. The showers were amazing. The property had everything we needed.
The front door was a little difficult to open. The handle on door to washing machine area has come off. The bed in the room off the kitchen is too hard. Some mould around windows. Could not access the parking area as code given did not unlock gates, so trying to park each day on the road was tricky.

Good location and could be a beautiful apartment
It was grimy and needs a good clean and some TLC. Disappointing to note that other guests had raised issues but they have not been tackled. Ceiling paint missing above shower, looks like a repair has been carried out. Quite a few bulbs not working or flickering. Wall bh table badly scuffed. Freezer door broken so fridge permanently ran until we defrosted the ice box. Thermostat control did not seem to control the boiler. Food stains on kitchen cabinets and handles dirty. Chipped and stained coffee cups. Latch on front door not working properly. Windows filthy on inside and used earbuds underneath the chest of draws in bedroom with dust. Tv in both rooms have brackets coming off walls

Location
Beds very uncomfortable- springs digging into body, bed linen basic, dog hairs on bedding.
2nd bedroom very small, en-suite ceiling paint unfinished, extractor fan not working, smelt damp, nowhere to hang or place items.
Needs maintenance- lights not working, freezer door broken, storage shelves on fridge door missing, no washing up bowl.
