A lovely apartment with wonderful views of the harbour.
Lack of basic cleaning provisions, had to purchase washing up detergent, kitchen roll, toilet paper. Would have been nice to receive small welcome pack as there was no milk, butter etc.

Easy to find, great location, spotlessly clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice lay out of the space with plenty of room for four people. Equipped kitchen with plenty of wine glasses, plates, cutlery etc. Small fridge but fine for a long weekend. Lovely view out of the front window!
Having to put the bins and rubbish out. Would have been easier for us to leave it at the door rather than find all the right bins.
Some of the furniture is a bit tired in the living room.

Location was exactly as promised. The view from the living room window was of the marina and of the steam trains. Proximity to the town was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
Steps up to property were 16 and not 12 as stated in the description and there were 22 steps up to the “garden”.
There is no view from the bedroom windows apart from a substantial very high slate wall which supports the decked area above, which is a shared area and did not have any umbrella.
We found the flat noisy from heavy footed neighbours and a neighbours washing machine that needs some sound proofing when spinning!
The kitchen is very small but does have everything you might need. Not sure all of crockery can be used in microwave!
We were very lucky in finding free parking close to the property but in the height of summer this may not be the case. Paid for local parking is available.
As a final note at the time of booking we were not made aware the flat was for sale.

Amazing location and view.
It is very dated. Bedroom light didn’t work. Shower head doesn’t stay in place. Noise from upstairs.. people walking about and stuff. The host messed up with my next accommodation as it was the same company but a hour away drive. I wouldn’t use this company again. Very overpriced for how dated it is…. £435 I paid for two nights….
