Lovely and clean and would definitely book again if in the area.
Location was fantastic, it was close to some brilliant beaches and woodland walk. Also a short walk into town. It had the usual facilities you would expect but also a dishwasher and there were books available and DVD's with player to use.
There was some noise from the apartment upstairs and on occasion from next door. No parking at the property but there was car parking close by but during high season it might be difficult to find a space.

The location was excellent. The cottage was very spacious.
The oven didn't work very well. There were a few cobwebs here and there. The hoover hadn't been emptied. It was jam-packed full .

Location with a convenient walk into Portmadoc. Comfortable with good facilities. Off street parking, but very tight down the drive!

Gorgeous location, looking out the window over the bay. Nice quiet area outside of Porthmadog.
Parking onsite was very tight, best to park on the street. Quite noisy, could hear everything from people upstairs, very noisy every time they run a tap, for some reason. Agent takes cover cost of £150 accidental damage money, which is not mentioned in listing on Booking. Com site. Oven did not get hot, so couldn't use. Handle off one of the lounge window, so unable to open it. No shops other than in Porthmadog, the 2 eateries are closed Tues/Wed.
