Super clean .Well equipped with all appliances in good working order. So nice to have evenings by a log fire.Stunning views across the estuary .Two nice eateries within a short stroll. The access steps were a challenge but by the end of our stay we were fitter! So many walking opportunities in the area as well as Heritage railway lines and Portmeirion.Thank you for sharing your house Melanie.

Great place with excellent views. On the downside it’s quite a hike up a number of steps to access. Not good if one is travelling heavy! Cooker needs attention as the fan oven did not heat, ignition on two rings wouldn’t work and cooker light didn’t come on. Ideally, but no space, the house should have a clothes dryer

This is the third time we have visited the property and every time we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

A very pleasant house, plenty of room, all facilities and a lovely view to the beach and sea Ideally placed for outings into Snowdonia and Llyn peninsula. A lot of steep steps coming into and out of the house was quite challenging for us oldsters

Interactions with Melanie were prompt and helpful. Follow her Restaurant suggestions! Yr Hen Fecws was our favorite, followed by Y Sgwar. Ship Inn next door is very good and a nice local pub. Castel Deudraeth was good when we visited Port Merion. Not a fan of the Grapes. House has everything you need. Loved Borth y Gest; try a lunch at The Deli/Bar. Shopped at Tesco in Porthmadog. There are steps! But doable and much easier after a few days. Walk out the door and turn right, nice walk up the hill with views. Walk all the way on the Beach walk to Black Sands beach by the Golf Course; a highlight! This place is great!
