Great spacious home for a family stay in a isolated area

Cozy home, very spacious, with a well equiped kitchen. The communication with the host was very easy. The area is very calm, with many trails in the area. Would like to stay longer to enjoy the area and amenities more.

The pillows were a little too soft. It is not so close to Bewts-y-Coed, but that was not a problem to us.

Great house for a family exploring North Wales but bathroom facilities challenging

The house was comfortable, clean, well situated and had parking for 3 cars

One combined bathroom and toilet for a group of 8 people was a stretch

The property is very good but needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning.

The location is superb for hikes.

The property was not clean. The bedding was done only in two of the bedrooms. The shower although new was not working properly (not enough pressure). Neither of the fireplaces worked properly.

Lovely homely cottage

Lovely remote cottage great place to switch off and relax. Even in the rain it felt warm and snug.

Nothing that would put us off going again, we couldn't find an ironing board but apart from that it's well equipped.

Perfect place to stay for a family

The kitchen and dining room was an excellent facility. We loved having Netflix and a fire stick & dvds, games in living room. Good amount of bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars on the drive.

Hidden quirky gem

Lovely quirky place with gorgeous views. Very quiet. Reason for hiring family had tickets for the zip wire at penrhyn quarry which was only 30mins drive away. Michael addressed quickly any queries via email.

Some cobwebs around the cottage. No wood left in fireplace but luckily didn't need it as the weather was good.

location was fantastic. breathtaking views. couldn’t find a better spot

cleanliness. was quite dusty and dirty with lots of cobwebs. trash was left hanging in the hallway When we arrived.

Exceptional

Really enjoyed our stay, great location and was perfect to explore both the local and wider area. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable after a long day of walking. The cottage was comfy and cosy to come back to. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The host was easily available to ask any questions. I would highly recommend staying at the cottage and would stay again.

Nice cottage in quiet countryside

Lovely cottage in quiet countryside. Had everything we needed, including a nice BBQ in garden next to river. Very interesting slate mines within walking distance.

a lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. I would stay again and I’ve already recommended

Beautiful beautiful location; cottage was clean and a good size for us, we were a party of 6 but would take 8 comfortably too. owners left good instructions plus essentials like toilet paper and kitchen roll.

We found the property was quite personal to the owners which we have not experienced before through our various holiday rentals. Whilst most of our party was able to overcome this, our autistic daughter struggled with the boys bedding and toys in the bedrooms, because she didn’t want to sleep with “boy things”. I think neutral bedding for rentals and putting away of personal items might work better
