Cosy family get away.

Very cosy, beautiful views, very warm on very cold December days and had everything you’d need. Lovely walks straight from the property and shops/take aways close by.

A fabulous and comfortable stay in a quaint Welsh cottage.

The house is a traditional Welsh terraced cottage. Fabulous open fire with wood, fire lighters and matches provided. Kitchen well equipped with everything. Large comfy sofa to relax on. Beds very comfortable. Shower is amazing- so warm. Nice touches with little toiletries left. Good sized bath too. Fluffy towels The house was so welcoming and warm with the heating on after a long day out exploring. Stunning views to the mountains 2 minute drive from Zip World. 2 minute walk to the train station Fabulous local cafe with friendly locals

Very good value for money, and I really liked the quirky little cottage.

For the price paid, I thought it was excellent. A quirky little terraced house, with quite good views out of the front, and pretty good facilities. The place was lovely and clean as well.

Great little cottage, in central location for visiting mid Wales

The cottage is very quaint and well maintained. The log fire is a lovely additional feature and the hosts were kind enough to leave logs for us for the first evening (more logs can be bought from the nearby Co-op) and a pint of milk in the fridge. We used the cottage as a base for travelling to Zipworld (Bethesda & Betws-y-Coed), Portmeirion & Cwmorthin during our staff, so it was a great central location. Everything was clean and tidy. Message received day before with how to access keys, advice on accessing the road to the corrage and phone number for help was great. Availability of the tumble dryer was a god send on the 2nd day when we got soaked visiting Cwmorthin waterfall and abandoned village.

The shower has limited power but it was warm. Parking is tricky - on our 2nd night the space outside the property was taken so we were unable to park near to the cottage. It is a narrow road but we managed to park with enough room to allow others to get by (in a Polestar) when we could park outside.Some instructions on how to use cooker, cooker hood (which I could not get to work) etc would be good. I only spotted the instructions about the bedding on the last day as my daughter used the room next to where the sign was placed - this could do with also being in the welcome pack.

Lovely cosy house

Lovely cosy house, well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were actually comfortable, which is rare from previous experience. Large kitchen, comfy sofa, log burner all fabulous.

Cosy and convenient

Lovely, cosy trafitional Welsh cottage in gorgous location within easy reach of local amenities and countryside/mountain walks. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days stay. The host was very helpful with directions and key collection. Reasonable proximity to the main Snowdon routes, approx. 30 minutes to the Pen Y Pas car park and 40 minutes to Llanberis through stunning mountainous countryside (not the 8 miles Booking.com states, but the more affordable price reflects this).

The bathroom and bedrooms feel a little tired and in need of updating. The backgarden is superb built into the mountain, but completely unusable due to being overgrown and slate steps were loose and dangerous.

Traditional Cosy Cottage.

The cottage was really cosy. And very traditional . Everything was of good quality. The kitchen had all the modem amenities. The bedrooms were cosy , and bedding was of good quality.

The settee was uncomfortable, and there weren't many places to sit comfortably. Although it was August , we still could have done with some logs for the fire.
