Great location with easy walking access everywhere. Clean and tidy apartment with a good kitchen.

Small apartment on the top floor so the angle of the roof makes the apartment feel quite small in some places.

Tv remote didn't work- I told Mattheui however he stated there was possibly something to do with the batteries - he didn't offer a solution and didn't solve the issue at all
The oven stopped working - it also made all other electrical appliances turn off including the internet - once again explained this in detail to Mattheui who responded- Please tell me what is wrong. Its as if he is either playing games or messing around.
Avoid this apartment if you have to deal with the person as he makes it extremely difficult to enjoy the stay. He does not communicate well at all. He is the reason I am giving the apartment 2 stars

El apartamento es muy agradable, cómodo y con buena ubicación. Una zona muy tranquila Está a menos de 10 minutos andando al centro y el tranvía pasa bastante cerca.
La calefacción era maravillosa, daba gusto entrar al apartamento después de todo el día fuera con frío.
El check in fue sencillo con las instrucciones que me enviaron .

No impidió para nada mi estancia, pero el friegaplatos no funcionaba y no había tijeras de cocina. También eché de menos un trapo de cocina y toallas de manos ( había solo una toalla de ducha por persona)

Apartment mit kleinen Schwächen
Das Apartment ist bis auf kleine Ausnahmen zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und ist angenehm warm überall, was im Dezember von großem Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist praktisch: in der Innenstadt ist man mit der kostenlosen Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten und im Viertel gibt es fußläufig einige nette Cafés und Lokale sowie kleine Supermärkte und eine Apotheke.
Die Parklplatzsituation ist unklar, besonders wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt: die Beschilderung ist irreführend, da der Name nicht mit dem der Vermietung übereinstimmt. Erst ein WhatsApp Kontakt mit dem Vermieter konnte Klarheit schaffen. Im an sich schönen Bad des Apartments ist ein penetranter fauliger Abwassergeruch sehr unangenehm, hier ist dringend Abhilfe nötig. Darüberhinaus waren zwei von drei Seifenspendern leer und es gab pro Gast lediglich ein Handtuch, zwei wären schön gewesen. In der Küche gab es kein Geschirrhandtuch, was das Abtrocknen des Geschirrs unmöglich macht. Wenn diese Punkte behoben würden, wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

Erneut angenehmer Aufenthalt im ‚Studio Fischer‘ 301
Meine Frau und ich haben in der letzten Woche drei und diese Woche eine Übernachtung in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Auch dieses Mal war alles gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat gut geklappt, die Unterkunft war wieder einwandfrei. Ich wüsste nichts, was ich zu bemängeln hätte. Meine Frau sieht es genauso. Das ganze Haus (Altbau), inkl. der Appartements, ist absolut modern ausgestattet und verfügt über einen gut funktionierenden Aufzug (bis 6 Pers.). Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ruhig, mit - auf Wunsch - eigenem Parkplatz. Zwar kann man aus der Ferne Fluggeräusche wahrnehmen, aber sie waren, bei auf Kippe stehenden Fenstern, tagsüber nicht störend. Obwohl das Nachtflugverbot am Flughafen LUX scheinbar nicht so gut funktioniert, haben wir auch nachts keine Störungen empfunden. Nachts ist das Wohnviertel insgesamt ziemlich ruhig.
Eine Anreise vor 17:00 h wäre zwar schön, aber es ist zu bedenken, dass dies kein Hotelbetrieb mit entsprechendem Personal ist. Es gibt keine Hausdame mit einer Anzahl von Reinigungskräften. In dem Haus sind 6 Appartements. Check out ist bis 11:00 h. Ich vermute, dass das Haus über nur eine Reinigungkraft verfügt (anders wäre es kaum wirtschaftlich). Ein Appartement ist u.U. aber nicht so ganz schnell zu reinigen. D.h., die Zeit bis 17:00 h wird gebraucht, um dann wieder saubere Appartements anbieten zu können. Darauf sollte man sich bei so einer Appartement-Unterkunft einfach einstellen und dies verstehen. Ich hatte zuvor schon erwähnt, das ich in meinem ursprünglich erlernten Beruf Hotelkaufmann bin. Ich habe somit eine andere Sichtweise auf Beherbergungsbetriebe. Ich kenne natürlich die ‚Gast-Seite‘, aber eben auch die des professionellen ‚Gastgebers‘. Ich kann nur sagen, dass meine Frau und ich diese Unterkunft als wirklich gut erlebt haben. Ich gebe daher die volle Punktzahl und empfehle sie gerne weiter.
Da muss ich wieder passen - wir haben nichts zu bemängeln!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Studio Fischer à la Pétrusse.
Die Unterkunft ist hell, sauber, komfortabel, durchaus luxuriös und gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett bequem, frisch und sauber bezogen. Es ist alles gut durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts! Keine unangenehmen Gerüche, kein störender Lärm (Fluggeräusche von der Flugschneise in der Nähe waren nur gering!). Schwenkbarer Flachbildfernseher und sonstige technische Geräte sowie W-Lan funktionierten einwandfrei. Es war wirklich alles tipptopp! Die Kategorie der Unterkunft entspricht in etwa einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Ich selber bin ursprünglich gelernter Hotelkaufmann mit 7-jähriger Berufserfahrung in einem First-Class-Hotel und schätze das aus dieser Sicht ein. Der Anbieter bemüht sich sehr, seinen Gästen eine hochwertige Unterkunft anzubieten, in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. Die sehr freundliche Kommunikation war gut, die gelieferten Informationen umfangreich - es gab keine offenen Fragen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz, der gegen nur geringe 'Gebühr pro Aufenthalt' hinzugebucht werden kann - ein wirklich gutes und nützliches Feature! Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war für uns ein schöner, geradezu perfekter Aufenthalt - alles 1A! Wenn wir wieder einmal privat oder beruflich nach Luxemburg kommen, werden wir diese Unterkunft gerne erneut anfragen. Wir können das Studio Fischer à la Pétrusse anderen Interessent*innen nur empfehlen.
Es gibt nichts, was wir zu kritisieren hätten - es war so, wie man sich das als Gast wünscht!

Warm en onprettig verblijf, mooie maar stinkende badkamer
Fijne douche
Bij het boeken stond er bij dat er airconditioning in de studio aanwezig zou zijn, dit was echter niet zo naast een staande ventilator. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping dus erg warm en ook was er een hittegolf gaande. Geprobeerd contact te krijgen met de host maar zonder succes.
Daarnaast los zittende kraan en een riool lucht in de badkamer.
Al met al niet een goeie ervaring!
(Ook contact opgezocht met onze buren en zij hadden exact hetzelfde probleem!)

Lo studio si è rivelato adatto e confortevole per 2 persone. La dotazione di elettrodomestici (frigo, tv, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè espresso e asciugacapelli), stoviglie e posate, rende agevole gestire la colazione e, eventualmente, anche i pasti principali. Abbiamo anche trovato detersivo per i piatti, un paio di pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, zucchero, capsule per il caffè e qualche biscotto. Le operazioni di check-in e check-out si compiono in totale autonomia: un codice per sbloccare la serratura dell’ingresso principale e della porta che dà sulle scale interne; un ulteriore codice per recuperare le chiavi contenute in una bolgetta attaccata alla porta dello studio. Le comunicazioni con il proprietario, disponibile e gentile sin dal primo contatto, sono state rapide ed efficaci. La posizione è molto comoda. La fermata del Tram 1 (che collega sia all’aeroporto sia alla stazione ferroviaria) è quella di Place de Metz e dista solo 500 metri. La zona è parsa tranquilla sia di giorno sia di notte.

Die Unterkunft war 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Und man konnte selbst einchecken.
Der Lärm des Flughafens war sehr störend!
Auch der Gestank nach Schimmel im Bad war mehr als unangenehm!
Leider waren die Küchenuntensilien wie zb die Töpfe und Pfannen dreckig.
