le calme, la propreté, la proximité avec une ligne de bus (40 m à pied ! et gratuit depuis 2020 ) qui conduit en ville, la facilité d’accès de l'appartement, le point de vue sur la foret, l'équipement de l'appartement succin mais efficace
petit bémol pour la taille du lit quand on est habitué à du large (pour 2), les hauteurs sous plafond ( c'est mansardé donc...), attention pas de tv dans l'appart (et c'est très bien comme ça pour nous :-) ) qui peut être dommageable pour ceux qui souhaitent regarder les matchs, mais donc du coup grand calme dans la maison (il y a plusieurs appartements)
