Always a comfortable stay

Terrible - avoid this for safety

Nothing.

Firstly, we were locked out of our room due to the door being jammed for over an hour, with no communication going through to the owner. There was no apology at all. The property was infested with mould. All three guests felt ill after our stay, with symptoms that reflect black mould exposure. The staff were terrible at communicating with us. The cleaner was making a racquet at 8am in the morning, taking up every shared facility room and waking us up. The construction outside was a hindrance and we were unable to sleep at all.

Spacious room, just as in the photos. Shared bathroom was very clean too. Easy access with code as we arrived late at night

A comfortable room but the owners need to work on their communication skills with customers

It was clean, in a pleasant area and comfortable.

I was not given a code to open the second key box for the room key and had to work the code out from instructions given by text for the other key boxes. When I asked about the Wi-Fi I received no further responses from the office and no WiFi was available the whole stay. I found the Wi-Fi box and restarted it but this made no difference.

Bardzo przyjemny weekendowy pobyt.

W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka i pokój Miejsce parkingowe na posesji, ciepło w pokoju. Ogólnie czysto wszędzie. Dostępne nawet żelazko, suszarka do włosów czego nie było w opisie hotelu. Spokojna okolica i przy samym domu przystanek autobusowy więc komunikacja była łatwa. Wejście do hotelu było na kod więc nie było problemu z zakwaterowaniem.

Stelaż łóżka skrzypił więc tylko to do zmiany.

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta la disponibilità per farci lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di checkout

Pulizia pessima, appena entri una puzza terribile, siamo saliti sopra e nella stanza c'erano le lenzuola macchiate assieme ai cuscini, a terra sporco, anche nella stanza, dove si mettono erano marroni invece di essere bianchi, doccia in cui ho trovato pezzi neri nella vasca di non so cosa, tavolozza del water sporca, tenda della doccia era bianca ma anche questa era così sporca che era marrone, vado sotto in cucina per cucinare del thè e c'era il bollitore che faceva veramente desiderare, era completamente sporco e appena l'ho aperto c'era un odore sgradevole, la cucina anche questa sporca non abbiamo potuto cucinare nulla.

Alles gut bis auf die Lautstärke.

Sehr ruhige Lage und am Wochenende Parkplätze an der Strasse.

Zum einen bin ich erstreckt um 6:30 aufgewacht, weil die Heizung extrem laut gekracht hat, wahrscheinlich als sie angesprungen ist und zum anderen ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, ab 7:00 Uhr morgens(am Wochenende)! Sprangen und turnten die Kinder über meinem Zimmer, also nichts mit Ausschlafen am Wochenende.

Lage gut, Rest fragwürdig

Die Lage hat mir (und meinem Hund) gut gefallen. Fußläufig ist man relativ schnell Im nahen Naturschutzgebiet oder den weitläufigen Parks. Auch die City lässt sich mit einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang gut erreichen.

Die Sauberkeit war fragwürdig. Überall ominöse Flecken an den Wänden und auch das Gemeinschaftsbad hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Auch der Umgang der Gemeinschafts-Räume (Bad, Küche) seitens der anderen Nutzer war unschön.
