Very good!

The room is very nice and smell really good. It’s better than we expected. Staff is very helpful. Good price.

The stairs because we stay on the top floor and our luggage is very heavy. And the stairs are very narrow.

Quite pricy for the service!

- Location is good - Communication was clear and efficient (even though I have been asking for an invoice which I did not get

- There was a sewage smell in the bathroom - The appartment was quite cold, heating system do not seem to work properly - The bed sofa was broken, when open a part is missing, so can’t really be used as a bed.

It’s indeed to good to be true

The owner didn’t leave the keys in the keyholder, so we couldn’t get in at 11PM after an international flight. The owner didn’t answer repeated calls. The main door of the building was opened, there was no light installed in the stairs, and a strange neighbor lived in the ground floor that didn’t speak English and also didn’t offer any help

The apartment size is ok and convenient. The helper or cleaner is helpful and cooperative.

Though there was instruction but it was written as lock safe. It did not state that is was for the purpose of collecting the key. There was confusion. And no lifts. Trying all the luggage up and down the highest floor was a huge challenge and to make it worse, the nanorriw staircase is only a single human width space causing restrictive movements. Bringing luggage up and down was a terrible experience. The toilet is smelly but cannot figure out where bad smell come from.

The Location is absolutely amazing, nice view.

The house wasn’t finished when we arrived. Not very clean, smell of sewerage and cold.

The wifi fails sometimes and we were waiting like an hour to see the TV but only this. The TV when the wifi works is perfect because it has all the world wide/lang channels.

Well worth the money, does the job properly.

Easily accessible location, close to the city, but still relaxed. Instructions OK, good communication with the owner. the place is comfortable, well-organised, everything working properly.

Dva dni po sebe tam prišiel a jeden krát sám otvoril dvere černoch asi sa prišiel pozrieť či je prázdny byt na druhý deň prišiel znovu mal by vedieť kto a do kedy je obsadené ubytovanie a nemali by otravovať mali sme tam otca, ktorý nevedel cudzí jazyk tak sa aj zľakol a ešte všetko počuť susedov keď sa rozprávajú hrozne sa to tam ozýva

Manque de vaisselle nettoyé ce dont ont c'est servi. Nettoyage frigo micro onde et four n'a pas été effectué avant notre arrivée

La ubicación en una zona muy tranquila, pero cerca del centro de la ciudad. El anfitrión muy amable y el check-in sencillo y muy práctico. El alojamiento es cómodo y con lo necesario para una estancia corta.

Matériel à prevoir

Super bon emplacement, salon cosy et lit confortable

Le manque de vaisselle , très médiocre. 2 tasses pour 4 personnes de base, pas de verres à vins, .... Machine à café cassée dans l'armoire, remplacé par une bouilloire électrique et du café en poudre. Télévision impossible à regarder, faute d'une mauvaise connexion au réseau..

Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht ein zweites Mal wählen.

Die Wohnung war ok, aber etwas lieblos eingerichtet.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber… und wir hatten der Putzfrau einen Zettel geschrieben, sie solle uns bitte 2 Duvets bereitstellen, das hat nicht geklappt! Im Schrank befand sich ein zweiter Duvetanzug, und wir haben es dann selbst angezogen. An den Frotteetüchern hing noch das Preisschild (wurden also nicht gewaschen?!?) Das schlimmste und mühsamste war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Er reagierte nicht auf meine Nachrichten bei Ankunftstag und ich musste ihn 3x anrufen! Und das wlan Passwort schickte er mir dann per whatsapp, obwohl ich ja kein Internet hatte! Alle konkreten Angaben wurden mir per mail geschickt am Abreisetag, also komplett unverständlich! Die Heizung war auf 5 eingestellt, aber war kalt und wir haben gefroren.
