Was Good and I Enjoyed My Stay.

Absolutely Nice friendly and accommodating Lady always ready to assist. Very good location so easy to find/get to the city. There is literally a bus-stop outside and about a 3mint walk to a gas station and a mini-super market. Clean room, good bed with shared bathroom (not my style 😒 but was neat).

Room had no window, just little hole in the roof, bathroom was not clean , gropes filled with mud bed linen smelled like directly splashed with washing liquid.

It was good and would recommend others looking for a nice clean bargain option stay in Lux.

Absolutely lovely host who was friendly and accommodating. the pub is in a Convenient location and so easy to find/get to - there is literally a bus-stop outside the door and the tram stop is less than 10 minutes walk away (can always get the bus to the tram stop as well). lovely big room, was a bit hot, but the Host had a fan on hand (and a heater for when its colder times) and worked out well.

the shared bathroom. I am personally not a fan of sharing bathrooms and I was not aware that that was the situation. The bathroom was clean enough, but still....

Amazing place! Maria is great and quite helpful. Angel, the car, is the main star. You’ll love him! It’s quite close to the city center and very quiet street.

Violation of Privacy - Rudeness to Guests

I was never informed of the check-out time. On the day of departure, I went downstairs between 10:00 and 10:30 AM to return the keys, but no one was there. My booking clearly stated check-out was allowed until 23:00 (11 PM), so I left and planned to return later. At 2:30 PM, I received a message saying I was late and needed to collect my belongings. I immediately replied with proof of the 23:00 check-out and went back. To my shock, the owner had already entered the room without my permission, removed all my belongings, opened my bags, and placed everything in the hallway-including clothes stuffed into bags and items moved around. This was a total violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. Even if there was a misunderstanding, this is not how guests should be treated.

Σκοτεινό, βρόμικο, έχουν μια γάτα που την βρήκανε στο δωμάτιο μου (πήγε πάνω στο κρεββάτι;) για φύλαξη από ποντίκια (!!!) Μια έγχρωμη παλιά πετσέτα του μπάνιου (μόνο καθαρή όψη δεν είχε, όπως και τα σεντόνια έγχρωμα (σε πόσους βαθμούς πλένονται ;) Το μπάνιο/τουαλέτα βρώμικα, σε άλλο όροφο, ο διάδρομος/σκάλες δεν είναι φωτισμένα, στην εξωτερική πόρτα του δωματίου μου, υπήρχε μια μπουκάλα υγραερίου (!!!) Δεν μπόρεσα να μείνω, την επόμενη το πρωί, ενημέρωσα την υπεύθυνη ότι έφευγα και ζήτησα να μου ακυρώσει την υπόλοιπη διαμονή, αλλά δεν το δέχτηκε και ήθελε να επιστρεψω τα κλειδιά, επίμονα.. τα κλειδιά τα επέστρεψα μια μέρα πριν από την αναχώρηση της κράτησης. Το μέρος είναι ένα σκοτεινό μπάρ, μοιάζει και σαν χώρο αποθήκης σε κάποια σημεία του. Ο χώρος δεν φαίνεται να αερίζεται. Εκτός ώρας λειτουργίας του μπαρ, δεν είναι κανείς εκεί, πρέπει να κλειδώνεις/ξεκλείδωνες την πόρτα.

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά

Το δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΚΑΝ ΠΑΡΑΘΥΡΟ!!! Την ημέρα που έφτασα, και παρά το γεγονός ότι με είχαν ειδοποιήσει ότι λόγω αργίας θα έπρεπε να ήμουν εκεί μεταξύ 12:30-13:00, δεν υπήρχε ψυχή, ήταν κλειδωμένα, δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο, με αποτέλεσμα να είμαι με την βαλίτσα στο χέρι μέχρι τις 19:00. Απορώ, οι κριτικές που είχαν αναρτηθεί ήταν για αυτό το κατάλυμα!!!! Ίσως με άλλες συνθήκες? Ευτυχώς, η εικόνα αυτής της φιλοξενίας δεν είχε καμιά σχέση με την πόλη, που είναι πανέμορφη και πολύ φιλόξενη.
