The location and price are both great. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice that they provided soap.

The walls were very thin - you could even hear everything in the hallway, which is not ideal for a hostel where people come and go at all hours. The room smelled like smoke (despite a no smoking sign) and, this is small thing, there were no hangers for towels in our bedroom!

I do not recommend this place. The location is decent, but not worth the price

The bed was filled with bed bugs, the water in the washroom went away for a few hours (which was fixed by a plumber). The floor of the room felt very sticky and dirty.

Location, with only one bus can be reached everywhere.

It is old, even bed sheets has been used millions times. Owner doesn’t reply messages on time. I wanted to change dates to 2 days, no reply. Asked me to check in 30mins later than check in time and leave 1 hour before. Kitchen doesn’t have kettle.

We asked the man at the reception which house was ours because we couldn’t find it, and he hung up the phone on our face

We asked the man at the reception which house was ours because we couldn’t find it, and he hung up the phone on our face. After that, we couldn’t reach him again. On the website, it says that check-in is at 3 PM. We were there exactly at 3, but they messaged us saying we had to wait another 30 minutes. For check-out, it clearly says no later than 11 AM, but in the morning we received a message saying we had to leave at 10 AM. It was a complete disaster. The man on the phone couldn’t even speak proper English. We honestly felt like we were being scammed. If you are traveling with someone who has panic attacks, please be extremely careful with this place. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Great price

For the price, the room was really nice and my friend and I were able to share a room for a fair price. When I had problems opening the door, someone answered my call fast and helped with ease. I would definitely come again.

I wish I could have checked in earlier or left my bags but I understand that through booking, they didn’t know who was each room. However this wasn’t their fault and just important to know you are not able to come earlier.

great value for money

The place was great and far beyond my expectations! The host was friendly, he welcomed us and introduced us the supermarket nearby. The room was clean and big, it comes with wardrobe, a dining table, two beds and enough sockets & USB ports. The kitchen and the bathroom were very clean, with all essential kitchen appliances. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Interlaken next time!

A real mixed bag, and that's being very kind!!!

The room was very clean with a very comfortable double bed. There was also a fridge which was a bonus.

When I asked the owner what was the easiest way to get to the property, his response was "Google Maps". If that wasn't rude enough, then I found out there was a 13 bus that left you right outside the property. Shocking bad, lazy attitude of somebody who's willing to take your money but not arsed helping a tourist out. Also there was no WiFi and the TV was a joke with no channels. A bit of a con and a real mixed bag this place. Seems to me that people who operate these keybox accommodations feel they can get away with bad service because they know they won't encounter their guest's face to face. Very cowardly and not the way to treat fellow human beings- especially paying one's!!!

It was good for a one night stay, with a great little pub next door and that bus stop also close by.

It was close to the city centre, with a bus stop outside the front door, and public transport is completely free in Luxembourg!

My wife had a cold shower as controls of the hot/cold water were tricky but I was able to have a hot shower,

They had a kitchen where you could cook if you wanted and there is a fridge inside the room

The host didn’t inform us on how to check in, so at the check in timing, we were stuck outside trying to figure out how to enter the building and only after messaging them again then they replied me with the passwords for the locks. The sink can have better drainage as it tends to get stuck. The shower water is either VERY HOT or VERY COLD, and makes it very frustrating to shower.

A budget place to stay in Gasperich

Price and location were ok. General cleanliness ok.

Upon arrival, following the checkin instructions led me to an already occupied room after which I had to be reallocated another room. Given it was after quite a long day, I wasn’t very happy about that.

J'ai aimé le fait qu'on puisse partir sans avoir à régler de comptes à personne.

Je n'ai pas aimé, Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas d'eau chaude, le matelas qui n'était qu'un amas de ressorts emballé dans un drap, la couverture épaisse comme une feuille de papier en plein hiver sans chauffage, les meubles en carton ou en plastique de jardin, la serrure à moitié défaite comme si quelqu'un avait essayé de la forcer, la porte d'immeuble qui ne ferme pas, les débris de meubles pas encore montés vaguement dissimulés, la couche d'1cm de calcaire dans la bouilloire. Bon prix ne doit pas être synonyme d'absence de dignité humaine, le strict minimum serait le bienvenu. À fuir absolument.

Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή, το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό και ευρύχωρο και το μπάνιο καθαρό. Παρέχονται πετσέτες και σαμπουάν. Πολύ εύκολη μετάβαση στο κέντρο και στον σταθμό των τρένων με λεωφορείο που περνάει ακριβώς από έξω.

Все було добре. Всюди чисто. На кухні є все щоб готувати замостійно. Зручні ліжка. Тихий район. Зупинка автобуса відразу біля будинку що ми вважали великим плюсом! бо можна дістатись до ЖД вокзалу і до центру.

Щось було з бойлером для нагрівання води мабуть. Бо у душі гарача вода швидко закінчувалась

Meuble bas de gamme, pas de table pour déposer les affaires, pas de porte serviettes dans la chambre mais uniquement dans la salle d'eau à partager avec les mêmes serviettes pour tout le monde, pas très hygiénique. L'hôte n'a répondu à mes appels et messages du matin qu'à 15h30. Stationnement payant dans la rue de 9h à 18h. Pas de vue depuis la chambre. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
