Dirty room. Washroom stinking. Room not ventilated..linen dirty

Location is good

Key system very uncomfortable. Keys are inside a box which is inside portico gallery which has a locked door. No keys provided for main door. Unless some residents already staying there comes out,door will not open.unless door opens one Cannot access to key box. Also the address and how to reach not well explained..host non communicative.

Location was fairly good

We got the keys easily- but the door box said 3C and the flat is not on the third floor. We spent ages trying to fond the flat- lots of helpful residents . Flat was ground floor. Dustbins literally touched the windows and so we couldn't open the windows for the smell. It was hot and there was no fan. The sofa bed was not clean. There was one small towel for 3. The sink was blocked.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was disappointing. The washroom was not clean as expected, and the overall condition of the building was also was poor. Common areas were unkempt and had an unpleasant smell.

So much close to the main and most popular Christmas markets in the town. Also super quick access to central train station. I like that bed sofa too. small kitchen useful as a family with kids. It has small refrigerator.

No hot water. Shower didn’t drain so flooded. Very dark. Photo is not representative. Little airflow as windows don’t open very much. Description didn’t say was in the ground floor. So small that there is no bathroom door.

Owner left chokolates ;). Thank you. Mostly everything needed for trevelers is are room. Absent bad smells. Appartment is realy in the centre of Luxembourg. We don't have relations with owner (meaning we didn't see owner), high privacy, keys in box. For this price in Luxembourg is a very well proposal. I can recomend this room.

It was some problem with hot water in the bathroom, but we agreement it fixing. (And in evening it was). Also dust on furniture at the top of kittchen. Room look likes clean, but sometimes pls clean dust on the top of furniture. Absent a door to the bathroom. Also i would like to see any charges, i mean usb charge for trevelers. It would be great because diffirent trevelers have different standarts of plugs, and often haven't possibilites to charge phones, etc. Also was absent extra sheets for sofa.

Tiny wee space in Luxembourg

Great Central location. Walkable to everything. Close to great, and free, transport links. Clean and reasonably priced.

Very hot, very noisy. Tiny teeny space. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Would not have wanted to stay for longer than our two nights. Shower tray kept filling up and bonus feature of the loo giving you a foot wash if you fail to close the lid before flushing!!

The location is good. Easily accessible to all.

The property was not cleaned till 4-00 pm as we checked in at 3-00 pm. After our complain, the rude staff came and asked to leave the room as he was going to clean the same.

Location - a couple of minutes walk to the tram that takes you to Central Station and the Old Town. Some nice cafes and restaurants close by.

The studio had not been cleaned when we arrived. However, upon contacting the owner, this was rectified very quickly. It was rather hot during our stay in Luxembourg and the studio was stifling. The one fan was dusty and dirty - we had to clean it in order to get a little cool air. No door on the bathroom (just a curtain) which has no ventilation. I can't recommend this place unfortunately.

Lost confidence on booking.com as they suggest proprietor who don’t respect customers

What to say? They did not answer our calls. So we spent night on the road.

No respect for his customers. More than 15 phone calls from 10pm on 29th July till 9.30 am on 30th July. They replied at 7pm in 30th July. They are a fraud they collected money but they did not let us to enter in the morning to use bath room and rest room to prepare ourselves which was our right as the check out was at 11am.
