Very good location but noisy street

Location near city Centre, with supermarket and restaurants around

The street is very noisy with shady people at the corner in front of the apartment. There are construction works around, which cause noise early in the morning.

The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Decent size.

Location was pretty seedy at night. Felt a couple of times like we were going to get mugged. Witnessed a few drug deals. No facilities like coffee and tea or shampoo and conditioner which seems like really basic things to be able to provide for guests.

Lovely central studio that we enjoyed!

We had everything we needed. Location incredibly central with walking distance to everything. Central station and other bus stops around that made everything easy. There is wifi available at the studio that is not mentioned and works but not incredibly fast. Still does the job and we appreciated it! Beds did the job for a couple of nights. Me and my friend had each one their own double bed, that made our stay really comfortable! Kitchen has everything in need for a short stay. There is a window-balcony that we enjoyed too. We would return and recommend this nice studio to anyone traveling in LUX.

Cons were that there is a construction road work going on literally under the studio but that’s not the owner’s fault of course. Will take some months until they finish the road works. Still we had they minimum noise in the morning. At night on the other hand it’s a central street that things going on. You have people selling different kind of things or trying to sell you something. Personally I have travelled all over the world and it’s something I have seen before, so nothing to really worry about. It’s up to you if you wanna buy something or just deny politely and move on. Me and my friend actually found some of these people funny, even though some things might not really be. When you choose central locations, these things are there anyway. Still we would recommend this lovely central studio. Building its 100% safe and Luxembourg is a very safe city in general.

It’s very central, within walking distance from all we needed to do, excellent public transport, great restaurants. Murillio, the manager, kindly allowed us to stay another hour at check-out time as i had mis-calculated the timing of the clothes-dryer situated at the basement of the building.

Serious drawback: We did not manage to work remotely from the flat as the internet connection was EXTREMELY poor - (download: 9,52; upload 0,64; packet loss 18,8% …), and one needs to be aware that as usual at train station locations in most cities, the neighborhood is a rather ‘hot’ district, with drug dealers permanently stationed outside the pubs opposite the flat. However, we never felt threatened nor were accosted by anyone. The flat has minimal electric sockets so we scrambled to fit our needs, & ni reading bed-side lights - a major inconvenience to me Another detail: the ‘welcoming’ is impersonal, with keys being collected from an entrance safe box & left within the flat (we met Murillio as we were late) and there were only a paltry 4 coffee doses & tea-bags: it wouldn’t cost such a great deal to the owner to offer 2 pieces of fruit & a couple of biscuits - it would be greatly appreciated by tired travelers…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was great with all necessary facilities on the door step. Could be a little noisy at times but the double glazing kept out most of the noise.

Great communication with the owner of the property. We had an issue. We phoned him and within 5 minutes he was at the apartment. Problem solved.

Vêry comfortable flat near everything

Appartement very close to the train station with all connections with tram, buses etc... Vêry well equipped appartement with all the necessary tools in the kitchen... I Would definitely come back again to spend some Time in Luxembourg!

Buena ubicación, limpieza escasa.

La ubicación era lo mejor. Muy cerca de la estación central. También tiene buena calefacción.

La limpieza era escasa y en especial en el baño. Había una mancha amarilla gigante en la ducha, la puerta estaba amarilla también. Los azulejos algunos tenían pelos. Y en general el estudio no estaba muy limpio.

Tolles Studio, Lage mässig

Studio gut eingerichtet. Einfacher Schlüsselbox check in, gutes türschloss. Sauber.

Die Lage ist zwar super bezüglich nahe am bahnhof/ Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Leider haben wir festgestellt das das ganze Bahnhofsquartier nicht zum verweilen einlädt als Besucher. Es gibt sehr viele Männer die dort Tag und Nacht auf den Strassen sitzen und trinken. Allein hätte ich mich da nicht so wohl gefühlt. Würde ich nochmals nach Luxenburg gehen würde ich daher ein anderes Quartier wählen entfernt vom bahnhof, obwohl die Unterkunft selbst wirklich toll ist.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto efficace e compreso di tutte le cose primarie e necessarie.

L’unica cosa è il tavolino troppo piccolo per 4 persone! Posizione strategica anche se un po’ tanto rumorosa e con persone di giri strani, ma senza essere invadenti o pericolosi per noi e per la struttura.

Хорошая удобная квартира, вполне подходящая для семьи. Отличное расположение, не так далеко от центра и в пешей доступности от вокзала. В квартире есть практически всё для проживания. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Если шум не является проблемой, то эти апартаменты отличный вариант для проведения выходных. :)

Единственный минус этих апартаментов - это располагающееся рядом непонятное развлекательное заведение, в котором круглосуточно происходит тусовка выходцев из Африканских стран. В постоянном режиме крики, ругань на разных языках и драки, валяющиеся на асфальте подозрительные личности без штанов, а также большое количество представительниц древнейшей профессии. Для меня эти звуки не критичны и не являются проблемой, однако моя супруга не смогла спать до 4 утра. Полное отсутствие парковки рядом, только на соседней улице есть очень дорогая парковка. И пожалуйста добавьте мыло для мытья рук. :)

La rue de Strasbourg ou est situé l appartement est bien ,restaurants , autres hôtels correctement fréquenté par contre dans la rue voisine problème de dealers surtout ne pas y passer La rue de Strasbourg est à 2 pas du tram et de la gare

Boa localização, perto de transportes e com mercado a porta do prédio.

A internet é bem ruim! Não conseguíamos fazer ligação por vídeo, por exemplo. O apartamento fica sobre uma creche, por isso, em dias de semana a porta abrindo e fechando faz MUITO barulho a partir das 7h, 7h3'0 da manhã. De final de semana é ok. Também descobrimos que a zona do apartamento não é muito boa, mas não tivemos qualquer problema.

Top!! Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, gerne wieder

Die Wohnung war sauber, man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage zu den Restaurants war super und innerhalb von 3 Minuten hat man die Bahn erreicht. Da in Luxemburg das Fahren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch für Touristen umsonst ist, haben wir das Auto garnicht gebraucht. Der Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld alle Infos zukommen lassen und das Einchecken war absolut problemlos. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen. Danke😊

Wir hatten eine Baustelle in der Nähe, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.
