Good location and if you need the place just for this then it is great but extras need work.

Great location right in the centre of town

It is not mentioned in the booking but once you pay, you are then told to collect keys from a restaurant down the road. I had also requested a cot (and messaged confirming so) ahead of time to arrive in the rain, with a 1-year old baby ready for bed to having to go collect keys and no cot provided. The host was dismissive of their responsibilities of this and explained there was nothing they could do because ''they were at work'' - eventually they arranged a cot but I had to go to another restaurant across town in the rain to collect it. Pretty poor attitude and help.

Very disappointing stay. The apartment was cold, not clean, and missing basic items. Poor quality for the price

The place is well located

but there was no soap or shampoo, and the apartment was extremely cold because the heating wasn’t turned on. The kitchen items were not clean, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the towels were dirty and of poor quality. Overall, the price–quality ratio is not acceptable

Close to high street, convenience store just on the ground floor, secured door entrance and lift, kitchen utensils available, host was very accommodating and helpful with all the queries, easy check-in and check-out.

The location of the apartment is great. It is also very spacious. There is a full kitchen so it is suitable for long stays and big families.

Casa in pessimo stato e nessuna assistenza dai proprietari

Casa tenuta malissimo e personale non pervenuto! All’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato che la casa era fredda e umida e non riuscendo ad accendere i termosifoni abbiamo chiamato ma ci é stato detto di aspettare il giorno dopo! Per fortuna siamo riusciti ad accendere da soli il riscaldamento perché non si é mai presentato nessuno. I letti sono scomodissimi e fanno rumore, cuscini e piumini vecchi e sporchi. Un tappeto lurido a terra. I bagni pieni di muffa e con delle ventole rumorosissime. Tutto questo alla modica cifra di oltre 200€ a notte.

Die Wohnung war super zentral, inmitten von Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants und wunderbar groß mit Platz für mehrere Personen.

Der Schimmel im Badezimmer sowie die wahnsinnig laute Lüftung im Badezimmer, Sofas, Vorhänge und Teppiche sind voller Flecken und das Inventar ist alt und abgenutzt, es wird auf jeden Fall langsam Zeit für eine kleine Renovierung/Ausbesserung der Möbel und Räume!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Es muy amplio y cómodo. Zona muy tranquila. La estancia es agradable

Necesita revisar algunos detalles que indican un poco de dejadez y que harian la estancia más agradable (algunos utensilios de cocina están inutilizables) y algunas reparaciones (ventana, persiana, extractor baño).

Nicht funktionierende Rolläden, Rauchmelder leer und piepend, Fenster schließt nicht ordentlich und geht von selbst wieder auf, Lüftung im Bad reißt nachts alle aus dem Schlaf, Schimmel im Schlafzimmer und im Bad, auf booking Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert

Luxemburg stad is fantastisch

Keukeninrichting was matig, onvoldoende serviesgoed voor vier personen. Daarnaast ontbraken in de slaapkamers gordijnen, vitrage was goor. In een van de slaapkamers was de zonwering stuk, dus de kamer was niet te verduisteren. De host reageert niet op melding. Lokatie, ruimte en sanitair prima.
