The location was very close to the old city and there is an amazing view from the living room.

Overall, a great stay!

The apartment is comfortable and conveniently located near the bus station, with just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions sent via WhatsApp, making it easy to find and settle in. The apartment matches the photos perfectly, offering plenty of space and a wonderful terrace. In warmer weather, the terrace would be ideal for relaxing. Free wi-fi was a nice bonus.

Central location and a private garage

The main advantages of the property are location and a private garage parking. You reach the Deke’s palace in 15 minutes by foot, and the elevator to the Grund is even closer. There is a big balcony with a dining table overlooking a park. Part of the living room is converted to a gym, so you will enjoy it if you are a fitness fun. There is an elevator in the building, which is comfy. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom windows overlook a road with a moderate traffic, so there is a noise from 5:00 till 23:00. So if you are sensitive, you better sleep on a sofa in the living room, which is completely quiet. What might concern some people is that the apartment contains some personal belonging of the owner, especially in bathroom and bedroom. What we missed are an electric kettle and big towels, I hope it will be easy to fix.

Location

Check in was stressful….the video instructions were sent to us while we were in flight. On arrival our phone lost connection and we were unable to load and access the video instructions from the host on how to get the keys for the apartment and the parking. It was past 22h and no people around to ask for help. It took us long time to figure it out literally solving a puzzle by reading the texts from the host but they were confusing(ex. the first floor is actually a second living floor and I guess the entrance is considered to be a ground floor). It was already past 10pm when we arrived. I suggest the video instructions to be provided earlier so we have time to load them. Thank you.

The location is perfect. You can either walk to the city Center or take the bus. The apartment is located just 100m from the bus station. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and has a nice view of the forest. The fact that there is a parking place, it’s an extra!

The sofa is not so comfortable for sleeping and the street noise may be annoying.

Great location and all the comfort of an entire apartment

Great location and the apartment was perfect for our family. Large living room with plenty of space for the kids to play and a fantastic balcony with great views. The bus stop is across the street from the apartment although you can get to the city center taking a 15-20 minute walk

The apartment is close to the city center. Nice host and easy to get the keys of the place. Free parking included.

The apartment is advertised as being in the city center, however the city center is 15 mins away. The apartment might be used as a gym when not rented out on booking, therefore there is an odd smell. Towels and bedsheets have also a heavy smell. There's a lot of stuff of the owner in the apartment, which we thought is a bit weird - clothes, perfumes, toothbrush etc... Overall was fine but we kind of thought we're just using someone's apartment...

Great apartment

Very nice apartment. We liked that there were toys for the kids, room to play and a nice veranda with amazing views. The location is great, just a bus ride to the center. We liked that there was a washing machine.

We didn't check to see if the sofa is a sofa bed and we ended up with me (mom) sleeping in the living room and the kids in the bedroom, where there was a double and a single bed. We found an odd smell in the linens and towels. That's on us, but with small kids we should have stayed IN the city.

Ci ritornerei e lo consiglio ad una famiglia che ama godersi lo stare insieme in casa.

L'host si è dimostrato una persona gentile, disponibile e presente nel caso di informazioni, la posizione dell'appartamento con vista su Kirchberg, la TV con Disney+ e Netflix, freezer e frigo capienti, micro-onde, sala enorme con tavolo grande, divano spazioso e per ultimo ma non meno importante, un posto auto in garage privato sicuro al coperto. Ci ritornerò di sicuro. E' stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura.
