Location, very close to centre and Den Atelier. Rear garden very handy for dog.
Older property so noise from upstairs apartment, tenants not particularly noisy themselves but general moving around which is unavoidable. Normal to pay for a dog but Quite honestly cheeky to charge to park on property driveway, access fine for small vehicle but would be impossible for average size upwards. One negative comment which has nothing to do with the property itself, groups of men hanging around the footbridge area late at night, for females this would be very intimidating.

It was very central, the flat was bright, the bathroom spacy. We were glad, that there was a parking option.

Location was super. Cute apartment.
No tv. Girls stomping and shouting above us when it was late and can hear everything. No fan/ac. No nets for insects. Strong smell of drainage in bathroom.
