The Garden Flat

Plenty of room, space. It was clean & tidy and warm. Quiet location 10/ 15 mins walk to city centre, Would love to stay here again

The location was great, lovely walk to the centre. The layout of the studio was good, nice and light, and cosy. The facilities were basic but sufficient for our family. Good sized beds. Good communication.

Could have been cleaner eg hairs on the floor, dust behind beds, dirty cutlery and crockery. On site parking was appreciated but €15 per night seemed expensive on top of the nightly rate. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and very noisy when turning over.

Towels were hard as cardboard Wouldn’t say it was filthy but wasn’t very clean/ needed some maintenance Having to pay €15 a night to park the car on the drive is a bit cheeky

Correct for 1 night, no more

This flat was conveniently located near a concert venue and train station, which was the reason for my stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the towels were of very poor quality. It was also very noisy from airplanes flying overhead all day and early in the morning. The coffee machine didn’t work—it leaked water everywhere. The bathroom sink was quite disgusting, and the paint throughout the entire apartment showed signs of age. An overall refresh of the apartment would be nice, especially for the asking price, which is similar to that of a hotel. We expect better comfort from an apartment.

It was close to train station. Rooms were clean. Toilet is very very spacious.

There was no TV. Coffee machine was not working. Walking through bridge side was not that good.some strange people were too suspicious.

Good deal for family with a walking distance to the city centre

Kitchen and own entrance. Very quite street with free parking and 15mins walk to the city centre. Huge back garden. It was a good deal in comparison with apartments in the city centre

Lovely apartment but noisy

Great location for walking into the centre of Luxembourg, a pleasant 20 minute walk. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds (if you get any sleep!) Lovely outlook over the gardens & mature trees.

Unfortunately if you have someone else staying in the building, it’s noisy. We had people above us banging around & up and down the stairs to the toilet, could hear everything, even hear their hairdryer at 6am. Guess we were perhaps just unlucky!? Also, the apartment is on a flight path so regular planes taking off until late & from early morning. The children got tempted by the mini chocolates left, we thought a lovely touch until we realised you have to pay upto 1 euro per item. Also mentioned there was water to buy but unfortunately there was none. Paid for via an honesty box so need change if you are going to partake. Guess the intention of being helpful is there. Musty drain smell. Parking not ideal & charged at an additional cost. Shame as a lovely apartment

Coffee machine was broke. Listing said there was a washing machine. There was not. Towels were like sand paper and smelled moldy. Noisy neighbors.

Great apartment for families who want to enjoy Luxembourg by foot!

Pretty nice location close to the old city, spacious even for a family of five, clean, comfy beds.

The parking by the house cost 15€, which is ok, but we nearly didn’t get our car down the narrow driveway and the parking lot was really small. Fortunately the other car who had parked there was really small, otherwise we wouldn’t have fit there.

Pretty nice! My only problem is the location that it's far from the center on foot.

Comfortable beds, nice nature view and natural lighting from the windows. Quiet place. Generally the prices are high in every place in Luxembourg, so depending on that and in comparison, this place has a good price.

It is pretty far from the center on foot. As a first walk in the town, we did this, but only for once. It is not for walking. You need car/taxi/transport media.

Good place but very noisy

The room is bigger than it looks like in the photos, there's candies (for a price) in the room. The bathroom is huge

There's a wooden stair next to the flat and you can hear everything happening in the stairs. The hosts are nice, but I had a problem with the other guests (they were doing a lot of noise at 4am) and when I shared this with the host, I didn't receive any answer.

This is an ok apartment in central Luxembourg, we got a first-floor apartment, which was like one big studio with two double beds and a sleeping sofa. There you will find kitchenette with all appliances, dining table, minibar with snacks, free cofee and thee, so in general it was quite ok. We would stay there again

The most awful experience in my life! No heating, windows opened on minus 1, in the toilet there was mold, sheets weren't clean or ironed, and worse of all was the owner who says "I do not care and we are looking forward to welcoming people like you" whatever that meant for him. I was there with two children. And jn the middle of the night someone tried to enter our room with the key, while us being locked from the inside! This should be reported to inspection or similar and Booking.com should definitely unlist this property before it scams more people!
