would not recommend, below standard for Luxembourg

location is somehow close to the centre, but removed from everything

Facilities and furniture were low key. Shower is in the kitchen. Not really comfortable overall

Pleasant

Location and the communication of the stuff are good. Clean room and doesn’t have a foul smell.

The shower and kitchen is in one room. Quite strange for a first time who doesn’t see it before 🤣. Every basic things are in the kitchen except the water boiler, microwave and frying pan ( which is important also for us😅). The room is too tight for 4 person, it’s difficult to move and no space for 2 more . This is ideal for 2 person only.

Struttura carina, abbastanza buona per qualche giorno.

Le chiavi erano in una cassetta che non era la stessa che ci era stata inviata in foto quindi inizialmente abbiamo fatto un po' fatica. Il wc è troppo alto. La macchina del caffè non funziona e ci sono poche coperte. E' un po' lontana dal centro. In generale andrebbe bene per qualche giorno, ma con un prezzo decisamente più basso per ciò che offre.

Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden in der Küche und haben den ganzen Abend das Wasser in der Wohnung mit den wenigen Badetüchern so gut wie möglich abgezogen. Obschon eine Reparatur am nächsten Morgen erfolgte, konnte man sich nicht mehr waschen, wir haben so gut wie nicht schlafen können. Eine Reinigung wurde nicht angeboten und neue Badetücher wurden nicht geliefert. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, haben es aber unter diesen katastrophalen Zuständen vorgezogen, uns eine andere Wohnung zu suchen. Eine Entschuldigung oder eine Entschädigung ist ausgeblieben. Um diesen arroganten Vermietern entgegenzutreten gibt es nur eins: DIESE WOHNUNG UNTER KEINEN UMSTÄNDEN MIETEN!

Schlechte Ausstattung

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schlecht und für vier Personen zu klein. Die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche und ist beengt. Das Fenster dort ist für Nachbarn einsehbar, die Sichtschutzabklebung jedoch unvollständig. Pro Person wird nur ein kleines Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche fehlen ein Wasserkocher und es gibt auch keine Kaffeemaschine. Der Kühlschrank befindet sich außerhalb der Küche. Die Toilettenschüssel ist viel zu hoch eingebaut. Es fehlen Handtuchhaken und es gibt keinen Toilettenpapierhalter.

Отличный недорогой вариант. Все очень скромно, но чисто и тепло. Идеальный вариант для ночевки 2-4 человек. Если долгое проживание, то для 2 человек будет комфортнее.

Это просто пожелание или рекомендация для хозяев. Поставьте в туалете подставку для ног, которую можно использовать когда сидишь на унитазе. Унитаз установлен так высоко, что ноги свисают даже если твой рост 185 см )))

Poder aparcar cerca. Se notaba que llevaba poco tiempo y que acaban de hacer un lavado de cara.

La ducha estaba en la cocina, el frigorífico en un armario en el pasillo, eres sofá cama a menos de 1 m de la cama principal lo que no dejaba apenas espacio para la mesa, se ofrece para cuatro personas pero realmente solo hay dos sillas en toda la vivienda, no había sartenes, las camas muy blandas. La cazuela que había estaban sucias de leche
