Average Stay

The apartment is very modern and well furnished. The parking inside was free and the staff was available for any question we had. Location is great as it is close to many bus stops that take you to the city center in 10/15 mins.

Some information on the property’s Booking.com page is outdated and should be updated. For example, the parking is actually free—which is great—but it is still listed as €5 per day online. Additionally, a €100 deposit is required upon arrival, but this is not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com, which can be quite inconvenient. In the room, I found it unusual that there was only one large towel per person, with no smaller towels and no shower mat provided. The towels and bed sheets were quite old and in some cases even damaged, which was disappointing. The common area was generally fine, but there were no towels or paper to dry dishes, and no basic cleaning supplies such as soap or sponges. The booklet in the room also contained information that didn’t match what was written on Booking.com, which created some confusion. Updating these details would really improve the guest experience.

Fantastic hi-end stay

We loved almost everything! Pristine cleanliness everywhere, spacious rooms, self check-in & check-out. But I would like to emphasise the hi-end appliances during this stay! The kitchen is just a piece of tech art! It is amazing! However, inside the private rooms the tech stuff is top level as well. Bed, bathroom, cupboards and wardrobes are clean and have a lot of space! Finally, it is worth saying praise words to the designers of this place. Truly remarkable.

As always, I complain about the extreme softness of pillows. I do it almost all the time on all stays, because I have headache-neck issues, and I need a medium to hard stiffness pillow. But there was only one option, unfortunately.

Sensación agridulce, bonito - falta limpieza

Es muy bonito y casi todo se ve nuevo, está frente a una parada de autobús. Todo el transporte público es gratuito, por lo que es fácil moverse.

Te piden 100 euros de fianza, por si se rompe algo o se mancha algo, lo cual no lo ponen en Booking. Tenía pelos de largos por muchos sitios, una de las toallas rota, el sillón manchado, en la cocina, alimentos en mal estado, había solo un rollo pequeño de papel en el cuarto de baño, las sábanas estaban manchadas, colillas en el balcón y suciedad en zonas comunes, el cristal del balcón estaba roto, había otras personas en las zonas comunes y no todo el mundo es limpio y ordenado. Para ser tan exigentes, tienen que tener a alguien que pase a supervisar las zonas comunes, al cobrar el depósito, te deja mala sensación de que te vayan a decir de que has roto tú lo que hay mal.

La sporcizia (trovato calzini usati in un cassetto). La mancanza di assistenza da parte dello staff (mancava carta igienica e sapone e nonostante le segnalazioni non è mai stato fornito). Vengono richiesti 100 euro di cauzione, ma questa cosa non è segnalata su Booking.

Gute Lage und geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Anbindung an Luxemburg-Stadt.

Die Lage ist gut. Direkt gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle, wo man kostenfrei mit den öffentlichen Bussen in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war ebenfalls ein Plus. Leider war es mit der Sauberkeit im Bad nicht so toll. Überall waren rote Spritzer, die aber mit Wasser weggingen. Außerdem musste man selber alle kleinen Macken etc. Im Zimmer und den Gemeinschaftsräumen dokumentieren und nachweisen. Das war zu Beginn ein echter Aufwand, vor allem, weil auch eine Kaution von 100€ gefordert war. Dafür, das man den Job des Vermieters gemacht hat. Ansonsten war es aber geräumig und auch die Gemeinschaftsräume waren soweit in Ordnung. Für ein paar Tage in Luxemburg kann ich die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Bad war nicht sehr sauber. Auch im Bettzeug fanden sich viele Haare, die definitiv nicht von uns waren. Da könnte nachgebessert werden.

Estupendo

Instalaciones casi a estrenar. Amplio dormitorio, luminoso y cómodo. Cama de matrimonio muy grande. Respecto a las zonas comunes no he hecho uso de ellas pero estaban limpias y ordenadas y con todo lo necesario.

Por poner alguna crítica, no había gel de ducha ni shampoo. Todo lo demás perfecto.
