Unhappy Brit in Luxembourg City

All the information was sent to gain access. Some confusion with the garage fob but was already attached to the fob. The shared kitchen/dining area had good facilities and had a huge TV. Also good recycling bins.

The issue with the rooms in the apartment, they are basically set up for long term rental and that the people who rent would either share the kitchen/dining area of add their own facilities in their individual rooms. The room we were in had floor to floor cupboards >30 and they in many cases required step ladders to reach. They are not set up for tourists staying the odd night or more. It is not clear in the documentation on Booking.com that the apartments do not have a TV. As far as we are concerned they should, also a fridge would be nice. We stayed for 4 nights and the temperature in the room was unbearable even with the window partially open, no means of cooling down. The bed mattress was poor and the micro pillow was ridiculous even when folding in half. The sheets were damp from sweat in the morning so i contacted the landlord asking for a fan and some extra pillows. This met with a blunt refusal. Additionally there was no shampoo or shower gel, which was also communicated and no effort was made to supply any. I made several requests to the point of trying to help him improve his offering but these were ignored. Booking.com need to review the information they post on the property to clarify what the rooms have compared to the shared area.

Our stsy in the flat is perfect for the first day, ghevwe will be bsck there for the other days

I liked the flat very much, it is clean and in orden, everyting is convenient to stsy there, thevtransportation to Luxemburg Gare Central easily by bus 18, where it is in front of the building.

We need to pay 100 euros for the deposit for each reservation, which is completely different from the other department of the same booking net.

Une déception

La place est un bon atout avec les divers équilibre présent sur place comme la télévision ou encore les sièges et le lit très confortable

Les espaces sont salles la plaque de cuisson par exemple était dégueulasse il n'y a pas d'autres mots j'avais des hait de cœur à faire ma nourriture là dessus et cela va de même pour les casseroles et autres dégueulasse. Il faut je pense avoir de bonnes personnes qui cohabitent avec nous sur les lieux de séjour car on n'était vraiment la femme de ménage à tout le monde... De même si vous arrivez et que les badges ne sont pas dans les keybox n'espérais pas une réponse rapide de l'établissement on n'a passé 1h30 dehors ( alors qu'il était déjà 18h passé)pour trouver une solution avec le gérant de l'immeuble et non le personnel qui gère l'appartement. De même dans la chambre la salle de bain n'était pas très propre avec des marques rouges sur les murs j'étais écoeurée de prendre des douches j'ai même des photos pour prouver ce que je dis Les fours aussi présents ne sont même pas utilisables lorsque nous avons allumé le four cela à carrément cramé l'intérieur et fait sonner l'alarme De même on n'avait pas de torchon donc pour parfois essuyer ce que l'on vient de nettoyer ce n' est pas possible Et pour finir, lorsqu'on a enfin eu le badge de chambre il nous manquait le badge du parking que nous avons eu le lendemain en fin de journée donc on a payé une journée de parking pour moi c'est assez honteux Et le gérant n'était pas très réactif franchement assez déçu il faut le dire

supermooie kamer , geen lawaai , gedeelde keuken met alles erop en eraan, ruim terras voor de rokers

bij aankomst lagen de sleutels niet in de kluis zoals beloofd. De vorige huurder had ze in de kamer gelaten ipv ze in het kluisje te leggen. maar de concièrge heeft ons goed geholpen daarmee vanop afstand dus na een half uurtje waren we op ons kamer dus .... Vakantie geslaagd

Bon séjour agréable au Luxembourg.

La surface de la chambre, les placard, la salle de bain et le parking.

La cuisine partager, il manque un grill pain, et il n'y pas assez de vaisselle pour cinq chambres. Les frigos ne sont pas vider par les locataires quand il quitte leur location ce qui laisse des aliments qui moisisse. Le verre intérieur de la porte fenêtre de la terrasse et fissuré de haut en bas ( dangereux).

Fijne plek, alle vrijheid en superveel in de omgeving.

De vrijheid en rust. Geen kinderen, geen drukte. Naast een drukke weg maar met de deur dicht was het compleet stil. Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

De kussens waren eigenlijk het enige. Die nemen we de volgende keer zelf mee.
