All is great with the property and host. Just a general question: Why do countries in Northern Europe build new luxury buildings without air conditioning???

Terrible

When I arrived at the apartment it was not cleaned, the bed linen and towels had not been changed from the previous host, etc. I contacted them And they did not do anything to solve the issue. Now I am contacting them to get reimbursed and they do not do it either ! It is unacceptable!

لم يعجبني شيء للأسف

المشكلة أني حجزت شقة كاملة لي مع زوجتي وتفاجأت بإنها غرفة فقط مع حمام ولكن المطبخ وغرفة الجلوس والبلكون كانو مشتركين مع الجيران وهناك خمس غرف أخرى مشتركة بنفس الشقةوهذا للأسف غش وليس هناك أي مساعدة او رد على الاستفسارات ولا يوجد بالغرفة شاشة تلفزيون او صوفا للجلوس و أطالب تعويضي عن هذا بنصف المبلغ وأيضا تفاجئت برقم واتس اب يطلب مني أن أودع 100 يورو للتأمين

Mooi appartement voor bezoek stad Luxemburg (2.3 km), fijne parking en winkel in de buurt.

De Proxy Delhaize aan de andere kant van de straat. De kamers zijn heel mooi in gericht. De ondergrondse parking.

Mits je deelt met andere personen voelt raar aan en ook dat deze langere verblijf hebben dan gewoon vakantie. Daar deze personen op het terras roken en de deur op een kier laten waardoor het heel appartement naar rook ruikt. Ook deze personen ruimen niet zo goed op vuile afwas, afwas gedaan gewoon op de afdruip plaat laten staan, de frigo`s waren slordig met zaken die al langer erin lagen. In de huisregels staat geen kinderen heb er zeker 2 verschillende gehoord zelfs in de nacht. Misschien een TV op de slaapkamer.
