Pleasant short stay!

Although we only stayed for two nights, we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The key was in a locker by the door, which made access really easy. The location was quiet and peaceful, with both bus and tram stops just a short walk away. The appliances were very modern and, even though it’s a studio, the space felt really spacious.

We only missed having a hand towel and something to put on the floor after showering, and the hand soap had unfortunately run out. Apart from that, everything was spotless and ideal for a short stay.

Good, comfy and nice location :)

Location was top. Appartement was clean and well organised. Communication works super fine, host has clear instructions and we had no issues during our stay. We really liked it. 😊

Not bad for us, but we saw one window had improvised curtains because the external curtains (sort of metal curtains) were not working. Also, the douche was leaking water. We could have shower anyway but it is a waist of water. So something to check. Apart of it, it was all good 👍.

Location.

1. Our car was broken into in the private parking 2. We contacted the landlord to ask if we can CHECK IN late and they responded a day after we checked in (thankfully automatic check in worked) 3. The Automatic Checkin had outdated pictures causing confusion.. And wasted time (lock boxes of keys is on the door of apartment not in a central area) 4. No response yet to the broken-in car 5. Weird smell in the bathroom Not a big deal but the pillows were sad and the towels were very very old (seemed clean though). Location is nice.

Localização muito boa, perto do centro, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé.

Ao chegar antes do check-in apenas para deixar as mochilas, o proprietário indicou-nos para deixar num dos quartos. Quando voltei, esperei que as mochilas já estivessem no meu quarto, deparando-me que as minhas mochilas tinham ficado num quarto que viria a ser habitado por outras pessoas! Tive a sorte de serem pessoas dignas, caso contrário tinha ficado sem os meus artigos de valor por descuido e completo desinteresse do proprietário em tentar comunicar em inglês... Tem que se deixar uma fiança sem aviso de 100 euros, algo que fiquei bastante desagradado. Casa de banho sem gel de banho nem gel de mãos. Proprietário pede no final para "ajudar a empregada de limpeza", como se depois de pagar o valor da noite, o cliente fosse de alguma forma obrigado a arrumar e limpar o quarto.

Moderne mais ambiance froide

Espace, moderne, ascenseur efficace, très bonne literie et calme absolu, ce qui compte.

Quasi absence de décoration, aspect vide ; l'ambiance, aux tons clairs, s'avère donc particulièrement froide ; il manque un pouf, le seul canapé étant en fait situé sous le lit dépliable qui, replié contre le mur, donne un grand espace nu, sans table basse, ce ne donne pas l'impression d'être dans un espace accueillant et agréable. Les lumières de la salle-be-bain s'allument toutes seules d'un éclairage assez fort, ce qui peut paraître violent la nuit, et ça s'éteint automatiquement mais assez longtemps après. L'accès aux prises n'est pas optimale pour recharger un portable, soit sous une tablette ou au milieu de l'espace cuisine. On peut heurter le coin de la table à manger en sortant sur la gauche du lit, car elle ne laisse qu'a peine 20cm avec le bord du lit déplié. La poubelle n'a pas de pédale d'ouverture. Pas de poubelle dans la SDB. Il est arrivé qu'en rentrant, la porte d'entrée était bloquée car la femme de ménage l'avait bloquée de l'intérieur avec le système, heureusement qu'elle a réagi par la fenêtre du rez-de-chaussée pour ouvrir.

De locatie!! Alles is op loopafstand wat super fijn is Alles is aanwezig in de kamer. Goede badkamer, koelkast (hele keuken), televisie. Alles voorzien

Het bed was niet super comfortabel maar prima te doen. Ook missten wij stopcontacten naast het bed. We moesten onze telefoon in de keuken opladen

Grote kamer. Schoon. Apparte badkamer en keuken. Dicht bij de centrum. 6 parkeer plaatsen achter de appartement gebouw. Makelijk in te komen zonder receptie. Bij de ingaan van gebouw code intoetsen. Bij de deur van appartement code intoetsen en sleutel komt vrij.

Geen negatieve dingen gehad.
