Ausencia de ciertas cosas, a mi parecer necesarias. Pocas toallas, no hay papel de cocina, trapos… Además, sin avisarte te obligan a pagar una fianza el día que llegas, que no te habían dicho en ningún momento.

La ubicación era muy buena, a diez minutos del centro andando Lo encontramos limpio y era silencioso
El día de antes de alojarte, el propietario te manda un enlace para una fianza de 100€ que se cobrará en caso de daños. Solo nos dejaron dos toallas pequeñas y dos cápsulas de café (íbamos cuatro días). Los utensilios de cocina son muy escasos (no hay servilletas, por ejemplo) La persiana estaba subida de par en par y no se podía bajar, le pedí si podía arreglarla y no me contestó.

Luxemburg - auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartementes 003 ist sehr gut. Sehr ruhig und fußläufig zum (kostenlosen!) ÖPNV gelegen. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar hinter dem Haus ist super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Luxemburger Verhältnisse ist absolut in Ordnung und sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man bereit ist, auf den Zimmerservice und die Option eines vorbereiteten Früstücks in einem Hotel zu verzichten. Dafür genießt man einfach eine größere (Bewegungs-)Freiheit. In fußläufiger Nähe sind gleich zwei gute Bäckereien zu finden, außerdem befindet sich nur ein paar Häuser vorher ein sehr guter Italiener (klein, aber fein). Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe war zwar etwas kompliziert, dies lag u. a. an den fehlenden Sprachkenntnissen meinerseits. Letztlich konnten aber alle Fragen und Probleme ausgeräumt werden. Für ein (verlängertes) Wochenende ist das Appartment auf jeden Fall eine gute Alternative zum Hotelaufenthalt. Wenn Luxemburg wieder einmal auf unserem (Reise-)Weg liegt, werden wir dort gerne noch einmal übernachten.
Die Räumlichkeit war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe nicht fertig vorbereitet. Das Problem konnte aber kurzfristig und innovativ gelöst werden.
