A must stay

Second time to book here, highly recommend. The location is amazing, bus stop right outside the door & very close to the city. It is in a beautiful area. Kitchen is super handy if you wanted to cook & there is a Lidl close by which you can get to on the bus.. There is a takeaway only a minutes walk also.

Well-recommended for short or long stays

Very nice, large apartment with everything you need for a comfortable short or long-term stay. Easy access from the train station, take the T1 tram to Star/Etoile and then bus 21 which is right nearby. With free public transport, it's easy to go anywhere. Message the host to ask how to access the laundry. Communication with the host was excellent!

The apartment was spacious, featuring a large TV, a very comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were easy, and it was convenient to have a coffee machine, hairdryer, and iron provided.

The kitchen cabinets were clanky and noisy, the furniture was old, while there were two armchairs, the lack of a sofa (that is shown on the pictures) made lounging less comfortable. The fridge had a bad smell and it was dirty, and there was a stale odor in the apartment upon arrival. No slippers were provided, which was inconvenient given the tiled floors, forcing us to walk in shoes. The toilet flush frequently got stuck and had to be manually pressed to stop running. Dirty toilet paper was provided. Old sponge provided for dishes, the silicone around the kitchen sink was moldy and needed maintenance, and the Wi-Fi was terribly slow. There were also no instructions left for the bathroom heating, so we couldn’t dry our towels. Moreover, a strong smell from the restaurant underneath reached the first floor, which was quite unpleasant.

Bushaltestelle fast vor der Türe. Tiefgaragenstellplatz möglich. Bett bequem.

Die Gastgeber sind offensichtlich unbeeindruckt von Hinweisen auf Mängel an der Ausstattung, die teilweise schon von anderen Gästen seit mehr als einem Jahr benannt wurden. Weitere Mängel sind hinzugekommen.

Se pudesse pedir o reembolso, nao alugava este alojamento

Da localização, do tamanho do apartamento, do isolamento acustico e térmico, das varandas exteriores, da excelente simpatia da técnica de limpeza que nos apoiou no nosso check in.

A falta de sofá na sala, da maquina de lavar loiça, cadeira de escritorio,(como indicava nas fotos e no descritivo dos equipamentos do alojamento). Placa de fogão partida em varios sitios( com perigo de choque), porta do armário da cozinha a cair, a torneira da água quente estava avariada( obrigou a lavar a loiça com agua fria), portas do guarda fatos avariadas, colchao muito danificado, tampa da sanita solta.

Súper recomendable

El departamento es amplio, luminoso, con balcon a la calle y balcon en la habitación. Cuenta con una cama enorme y cómoda. La ducha es excelente con buen agua caliente. El transporte público para en la puerta, con acceso al centro en menos de 10 minutos.

Solo algunos detalles menores. El mueble de la cocina no cerraba bien y el mueble de la heladera hacia ruido al abrir, además de la canilla que goteaba un poco

Alloggio molto grande e spazioso dotato di soggiorno, cucina e balconi. Il centro città è comodamente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto gratuiti proprio sotto l'appartamento. Nelle vicinanze è presente qualche ristorante.

La mobilia è un pò datata e rovinata. La pulizia è migliorabile.

Großes Apartment

Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Mit dem Bus konnte man einfach in die Innenstadt fahren.

Die Ausstattung des Appartements war qualitativ und quantitativ einfach eingerichtet. Der Zustand der Einrichtung war zum Teil nicht gut (Riss auf dem Kochfeld, Abnutzung des Esstischs,…). In der Dusche hat sich an den Dichtungen bereits Schimmel gebildet und der Reinigungszustand war eher eine 7/10.

Lo consiglio

Posizione ottima, la fermata dell’autobus è praticamente sotto casa. La struttura ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Molto pulita e spaziosa. La consiglio.

Si potrebbe migliorare un po’ la qualità dei mobili. Il piano da cucina era spaccato e potevi graffiarti. Le ante dei mobili della cucina erano rotti e il frigo aveva difficoltà a chiudersi. A parte questi suggerimenti, consiglio la struttura!
