Couldn’t of booked a better accommodation for our Luxembourg getaway!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Geoffrey’s penthouse - it’s truly one of a kind, especially because of its fantastic location. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and conveniently close to all amenities. Geoffrey was an excellent host, welcoming and attentive, and even provided great local recommendations. We experienced a minor water issue during our stay, but it was resolved incredibly quickly thanks to Geoffrey’s prompt assistance. His responsiveness made all the difference. I would highly recommend this place - if you have the opportunity to book it, don’t hesitate & you won’t regret it!

10/10 stay. Highly recommend. We stayed at Unique Penthouse Joseph II von Habsburg for two people and it was outstanding. Location: Excellent. Right next to Louis Vuitton and in the heart of Luxembourg. Everything is walkable. Shops, restaurants, and main sights are minutes away. Apartment: Beautiful, clean, and stylish. The penthouse feels premium and comfortable. Great natural light, modern design, and a stunning city view. The space is perfect for 1 to 4 people. More than enough room for two. Comfort: The bed is comfortable, the interior is quiet, and the flat feels safe and well maintained. Everything needed for a short or long stay is provided. Host: One of the best hosts we have met. Incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and stress free. Communication was fast and friendly. Overall: An amazing experience from start to finish. Would stay again without hesitation. Recommend it 10000%.

1 night city centre stay

Everything was clean, tidy and well stocked. The host was very helpfull who met us and showed us the room. Gave us local advice for food which we followed and well rewarded.

It is at the top of a commercial building and the Omega store so requires a private check in by the host. Not an issue but cant check in by youself and the door signage doesnt state the accomodation. Other minor points were the facilities are old even though functional. The main building heating was off so a number of electrical heaters were provided. The shower in the bath did not have a curtain.

Stunning penthouse in the hearth of Luxembourg!

This is one of the most impressive apartments we've ever been. Everything is meticulously cared for. The owner is so nice, he wait for us to give the keys . Pay attention to the balcony, the views are impressive! Of course, if we come back to the country we will try again :) MERCI!!!!

There were some works and noise in the building. The owner already told us and, to be honest, was not as bad.

Wonderful experience

It is an amazing studio located at the heart of Luxembourg. Everything was close by. Geoffrey, the owner of the property was very helpful and gives you a reply asap. Would definitely book here if we visit Luxembourg again.

Nothing much but only thing i would say is the parking is a bit away like a 5mins walk away from the property. We had 2 big bags and we decided not to take them and take necessary items only. But its not that bad. Because of the location of the property it will be hard to have a parking where it is.

Excellent

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city. It was a beautiful, well-kept apartment on the top floor of the building. It had everything we needed, hair dryer, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host, Geoffrey, was very friendly and welcoming.

The shower head did not have a holder or a place on the wall, therefore had to be hand held. But apart from that everything else was brilliant.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

The location was excellent; we were in the penthouse apartment, which had a balcony. Although it was chilly outside, it was lovely to go out and look at the city. Geoffrey was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with an ectra night's stay.

There was little lighting outside the apartment in the corridor and on the stairs, so when we returned in the evening we couldn't see very well; some sensor lighting would be perfect to remedy this. There wasn't really any hot water; we had to run the hot water tap for several minutes to warm up, but the water only reached warm and never hot.

Amazing location, safe and secure. This is a little gem and I loved staying here! The apartment is older but in an incredible location, very clean and well equipped for a comfortable quiet stay right in the heart of the city. Great bed, fast wifi. I actually loved having a bath instead of a walk in shower - it was very cold during my stay and a welcome treat at the end of the day. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the host was always available and very fast to respond to any questions or requests. Thanks Geoffrey. I will certainly return.

The 10-20 min wait for hot water - which will be fixed by now as they were about to finish the new pipes. I adapted to that and the stay was still good value. Could have also used a sharp knife for cutting fruit and vegetables and a saucepan, (I didn't get chance to ask the host, who I am sure would have arranged), otherwise all good.

Exceptional location and fantastic host (gave good advice about the city and where to eat). Beautiful, spacious apartment with views (from inside and on the balcony), well equiped kitchen and plenty of seating options. Great laundry facilities as well.

Perfect penthouse and location!

Perfect location, staff and apartment. The apartment was perfectly placed in the most central area. There are shops and restaurants nearby and all the attractions are within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Highly recommended!

Impeccable flat and rooftop views in prime location

Beautiful and comfortable, centrally located flat, with a very helpful host. This is in the middle of transport, shopping and the some of the major tourist sights. Lovely wrap around terrace and view. Feels very exclusive. I would return to this property.

I didn’t mind, but just a note that there is a lift to fifth floor but still there is a short flight of steps to the flat. Due to age of building, the water needs to run a bit before it gets hot. City noise to be expected due to prime location. Just bring earplugs.

The property is right in the middle of city center, accessible to all necessities including bus, tram, restaurants, shops, attractions.

The water heater is taking a bit of time to get warm, but Geoffrey mentioned that he will fix it soon, so it should be fine.

Absolutely top notch...but set your taps to run early!

Location, facilities and all contact with Host were 100%. They couldn't have done more and the apartment is perfectly located for a full and easy exploration of Lux city centre. The addition of a 37cl bottle of bubbles is a LOVELY touch and I enjoyed this on the roof terrace VERY MUCH!

Absolutely everything under the Host's control is top notch. Unfortunately, there is genuinely an issue with access to HOT water for the bath/shower. I was well warned, having read previous reviews, so started taps running well in advance of needing water (and this had also been well signposted on check-in), but being environmentally aware, it somehow still broke my heart to watch litre after litre drain down the shore while waiting for a warm shower....Perhaps an electric heater in the apartment set to disconnect on receipt of hot water from the basement tank? Whatever the solution, nature would thank for it!

right in the middle of downtown but you won't be able to sleep or rest properly. Lat night music and loud chitchats. In the morning at 06am, machines, tractors and cars. I expect a breakfast but obviously its an apartment. No hot water, I wasted water for atleast 20 mins in order to get a hot water daily.

The place is ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT, the owner was very kind and we really appreciate his extra nice gesture. The location is top notch, right next to everything so you wouldn’t need to use any transportation. The place is spacious and everything is equipped, we cooked dinner at the place and was very romantic

Kein Parkplatz zum Apartment, trotz entsprechender Angabe in der Beschreibung. Öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze ca 200m entfernt. Sehr einfache Ausstattung. Gebäude und Wohnung aus den 70er Jahren. Warmwasser nach 20 Minuten, Duschen nur stehend in Badewanne. Toilettenbecken verkalkt.

Top Lage! Sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Empfang! Ideale Wohnung für eine kurzen Urlaub!

Wir haben nur eine Übernachtung gebucht allerdings wurden wir sehr warm und herzlich empfangen! Wir dürften sogar viel früher als erlaubt, einchecken und wurden vom Eigentümer persönlich begleitet! Die Lage ist einfach wir waren in Mitte des Geschehens!

Uns persönlich haben nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten (wie zum Beispiel ein extra Stuhl für Frühstück oder ein paar Teetassen) gefehlt, und da wir in der Apartments erst spät abends zurückgekehrt haben, wollte ich auch diese nicht extra anfragen! Sonst bin ich mir sicher, dass es auch kurzfristig organisiert werden konnte!

O anfitrião é um fofo, super atencioso e bacana, check in e check out fáceis e rápidos. O apartamento é na melhor localização possível, facilita muito tudo, a sacadinha foi muito providencial, muito linda a vista. Para alguns dias o espaço é grande, confortável. Achei um custo benefício muito bom.

Não gosto de banheiras, mas infelizmente na europa em alguns apartamentos só tem essa opção. A questão da água que todos comentaram existe de fato, tem que esperar para aquecer.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, fácil de llega en transporte, tiene muchas opciones de comida cercanas y el host es muy amigable, amable y servicial. Gracias por todo.

Tal vez sería bueno tener algunas instrucciones escritas de los electrodomésticos y su forma de uso para evitar molestar al host con esos temas.

Charmant et calme au cœur d’une ville dynamique

Tout était super; bien situé, super vue, confortable et propre. Très calme et bien décoré aussi ! Notre hôte était également très serviable et sympathique, ça fait plaisir d’avoir un contact réel avec son hôte et pas toujours des boîtes à clés. Cela rend le séjour plus humain et c’est toujours intéressant d’échanger un peu !

Le seul souci était l’eau de la salle de bain (pas de pression et peu d’eau chaude), mais c’était dû aux travaux donc no hard feelings. Et sinon les rideaux ne sont pas très occultants, donc pas simple pour les personnes au sommeil léger, mais c’est ok.

Der Ansprechpartner war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist erstklassig gelegen und bietet einen charmanten Blick über die Dächer. Es werden regionale Cremants (Champagner) angeboten, mit denen man den Abend auf der kleinen hübschen Terrasse ausklingen lassen kann. Kaffee und Wasser wurden sich angeboten. Und es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wirklich sehr leise ist.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! Tout d’abord, l’emplacement est idéal : en plein cœur de Luxembourg, à deux pas des boutiques et restaurants, tout en restant dans un cadre calme et élégant. L’appartement lui-même est sublime : une décoration raffinée, des équipements haut de gamme et une propreté irréprochable. La terrasse privative est un vrai plus, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée en ville. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel de notre hôte, Geoffrey. Très professionnel, disponible et attentionné, il nous a mis à l’aise dès notre arrivée et s’est assuré que tout soit parfait pendant notre séjour.
