Do not recommend. It is not worth for the price /quality

The location

Too noise, the furnitures were broken not well maintained There are lots of free space in the garage however you have to pay 15 euros/day. Not necessary considering that the garage belongs to the building

Good place to stay

The property is big, fully furnished, rooms are big. Cleaning was good and location is pertinent, just 15 minutes to main station. Communication with hots was easy and quick.

Only improving opportunity may be the bed-sofa, as that's bit old and the structure tries to retract during nigh

Disgusting sofa bed

We asked for bedding for the sofa bed which was not provided on arrival. Further to this the sofa bed was old and absolutely disgusting, a filthy sheet covered in dirt, with a stained mattress cover underneath and a baby changing mat stuffed down the side, nice ! This place is clearly advertised as having 2 beds (one being the sofa bed), which is the only reason we booked.

Decent place to stay near Luxemborg

We did not get the apartment as per the pictures. The advertised apartment had a Balcony - but ours did not. However the apartment was clean. There was no washing machine, and it looked kinda empty. We were given apartment #2.

Not being given the same apartment as in the photos. No washing machine. Accessing the parking was confusing in the night ... its right over a pedestrian crossing.

Spacious but spartan and worn-out apartment

Location. Spacious. Rooms were good sized. Easy checkin. Linens were clean.

Loud road. The dilapidated and broken cupboards are unacceptable. Kitchen tabletop is warped and cracked. Smelled of smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. Bathroom grout and toilet needs bleach. Furnishings worn-out.

A lovely stay

It was a great apartment for my trip! Very spacious, cosy and reasonably priced. Was nice having a balcony, bus stops close by and city centre within reach.

Nice clean apartment in a residential area

The apartment was big, with lots of space and clean. Easy to access with a code and key collection. The area was residential, but with a regular bus stop and route into the city nearby.

The bedroom looks out onto a busy road, and the curtains are very thin, so the street lights and noise make it difficult to sleep at night.

We were disappointed with this apartment and would not use it again

With bus no. 21 at the front door it made travel to the city easy

The 24 /7 reception is in fact the house keeper who is busy doing her house keeping work. If you can find her she is very helpful, unlike the contact for messaging. The apartment is badly in need of maintenance with the bedroom light hanging from the ceiling by its wires and flickering when turned on. Bulbs not working in the living area as well. The door to the balcony does not function as a door. The toiletries advertised did not materialise and the pillows for the bed more resemble cushion stuffers than pillows with only two of them having pillow cases. The onsite restaurant to which our host had directed us for any help we needed was closed as were most other eateries nearby except for the dependable kebab shop. The traffic on the main road can be bothersome from a noise perspective. The internal garage access door is locked at night meaning access to our vehicle required us to leave the building and walk outside and down the carpark ramp. No fun on a rainy night. The washing machine and drier advertised are in fact hidden away in the sub-basement and require a code to access. Thanks to the housekeeper for her assistance dealing with that mystery. The furniture is old and has a “grubby’ look to it.

Really happy with stay!

The check and check out was so easy and quick. Really good facilities, good value for money and super close to where we needed to be! Staff were really helpful and accommodating to an early start and a late night!

A good place to stay!

Spacious, good amenities. Large beds. A short walk to the bus stop to go into the town.

The furniture, especially the kitchen cabinets, are not great. The kitchen cabinet doors were wonky and some didn’t close all the way. The door in one bedroom did not close. These things weren’t a huge problem though.

Large apartment within easy reach of city centre by bus

Large apartment and easy to reach by bus to and from the center. Bedroom was fairly quiet at night. Entry was easy and having an elevator was great.

Some lights were out and fixtures need to be fixed. Washing machine was in the basement and used by the business so it was taken and had to wait to use it. Several washing machines are broken but not labeled as broken which would help.

Accommodation is a little basic, but it was sufficient for a night’s stay. Good location to get into the town centre.

Big apartment in a good location.

The location was good just a few stops out of the city and the apartment was nice and big. However I thought it advertised as having a washing machine. The Kebab place just a few doors away had tasty sizeable meals which were well priced.

Great location on the outskirts of luxembourg

Great property, very nice and modern inside. Right above the owners restaurant where you collect the keys. Secure parking and lovely lift. A great place to stay when in Luxembourg

There was only one bowl in the kitchen which was very strange, but we washed inbetween eating breakfast :D

Run down but size ok

Quite big

The appartment was run down and in bad repair. There wasn't a washing machine in the appartment, not enough chairs , not enough cups and glasses. Some lightbulbs were broken or missing. Tje dishwasher did not work properly, dishes came out still dirty. The sofa bed was squeaking so loudly that it impaired sleep. The shutters did not work in the living room. After complaining we got some more glasses and cups and the lightbulbs were exchanged.

Superb

Facilities were great, very spacious and had everything we needed as a stop on a two week road trip. Parked in the parking garage under the restaurant and owners allowed us to use laundry facilities as there were none in our unit. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Traffic noise from the street outside, when balcony doors were open, which we needed for air since it was hot in July. Would not stop us from staying there again, though. Good overall.

Spacious place for short or longer stay with good basic facility and parking

The apartment's spacious enough for the 5 of us. The kitchenette looked functional but we didn't cook. The shower's good but rather basic.

One of the bedrooms is having a window supposedly to be facing the doorway leading to the entrance and to ensure privacy (not being seen) it's blocked by metallic blind. It's a bit odd and when neighbours come home late, you will see the light's switched on and hear the noises they make along the corridor.

I would not return as it was quite overpriced. We had to find parking on the street, much too loud.

There were no amenities for the shower. The room was over the restaurant and outdoor dining. Was quite loud The wall socket in the bathroom is broken and hanging out of the wall. There were no fans in this very hot apartment.

Reclusive owner, incorrect information of facilities, poorly planned and badly furnished apartment

Space to move about Attitude of the staff, particularly Ms Anna, the part time maid and the server at the restaurant below who tried to overcome the language barrier and did their best to help. The owner's wife was also quite pleasant to talk to and tried to be helpful.

Facilities promised were not given. There was no dishwasher. It was not disclosed that the washing machine had to be accessed through a public toilet. This caused considerable inconvenience and waste of time waiting for the wash and then the drying cycles to get completed before leaving for touristy stuff. Inadequate furniture - no luggage racks, no wardrobe in the second bedroom, no fittings in the shower cubicle for keeping soap/shampoo. Worn out sofa, cracked laminate on the dining table, misaligned shutters of the kitchen cabinet, fused bulbs - not replaced though promised. Faulty door handle on the door to the balcony leading to security concerns. No concern for convenience of tourists by providing information about local transport, restaurants, touristy spots. Restaurant on the ground floor - run by the same owner was closed 2 out of the 3 days that we stayed. The owner was inaccessible to the guests - did not take the calls (however he did accept calls from his restaurant workers). Not disclosed that tap water was not potable and also no courtesy of providing a couple of bottles of drinking water to tide over before the shops opened. From a tourist's point of view, location is also far away from the places one would want to visit
