Great location, amazing view from the balcony!

Very big and spacious apartment with two balconies and the most amazing view! Convenient location, walking distance from everywhere really. Loads of shops around, great bakery downstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed, contact with the host very good and all the instructions very clear.

There are three bathrooms in the apartment, but inly one shower - accessible only from one of the bedrooms. Toilet broken in the other bathroom, I can see from previous reviews this is an old issue from months. Handle in the shower also broken. Area quite dodgy at night time, homeless people hear and there. If you’re a light sleeper and like to have yours windows opened at night, please take an ear plugs ;) Overall, nothing that would give us the reason not to stay there again, thank you!

Unfortunately there was no working wifi. I contacted the owner and he gave instructions on how to fix it. Unfortunately that didn’t work. Im glad he reacted very fast. We fixed the problem by using our own wifi hotspot

An ok place to stay with a couple disappointments

The location was good. The size of the place was good, two bedrooms.

There was a lot of mold in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathroom's toilets was not operational. There were three bathrooms, but I feel everything should be working. The place was not thoroughly cleaned up. There were nuts on the floor, for example and some other things. There were stains on the couches. I would not stay here again.

While the property itself was clean and well-presented, the surrounding area was quite rundown. There were empty boxes in the alleyway, mainly from the supermarket on the ground floor.

Good stay for a group of people

The apartment is really big, plenty of space, it was fairly clean. The location is great, close to the station, the city centre and well connected to the airport. The view from the balcony is really impressive. It has all facilities needed, large TV, a collection of movies, and there are utensils in case people want to cook. There are 3 toilets in the house, including 2 showers (actually one of them is a bath), but one of the WC was broken and couldn't be used. It's a great option if you are travelling as a group of friends.

The stay was fine in general. One of the toilets was broken and there was some rust in one of the showers. They were a bit stingy with the shower gel/shampoo, leaving 4 small envelopes for 4 people for a stay of few days, so make sure to bring your own. The main unpleasant thing was that one of my friends forgot her jacket in the flat at checkout and even if we got in touch with the staff later in the day (and repeatedly since) they always said they haven't heard back from their cleaning team about it (which is ridiculous because it's been few weeks already and we've probably been in touch like 5 times since), despite offering to help to start with.

Superb apartment with "best city view" in Luxembourg but PLEASE REPAIR THE BROKEN TOILET!

The apartment is bright and spacious and generally well equipped. It is in a superb location just across a bridge from the old town and definitely has one of the "best city views" in Luxembourg. It is only a few minutes walk from the No 29 bus stop to/from the airport and just a few minutes from the tram and central station. There are also ample shops, bars and restaurants in the locality. Accessing the key was not a problem and the managing agent Arca Properties were extremely helpful when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment not long after arrival! There is an evident amount of traffic noise and sirens from the street below and from planes departing on the flight path from Luxembourg airport (although they stop between midnight and 6am) but if you are going to stay in the middle of a busy city then you must expect some noise. For us the apartment and its location and views far outweighed any negatives of the noise.

Not enough pillows and hand towels. There was one small pillow per person not much bigger than a cushion, we had to roll up extra duvets and use them to bolster up the pillows. Only 2 hand towels were provided. With 4 occupants staying in the apartment surely it should be possible to provide a hand towel for each guest. The greatest dislike was the broken toilet in the main bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious with two wash hand basins and a bath with hand held shower, however the WC was unusable and taped up, I don't know if it was blocked (and I didn't dare to investigate) but it certainly stank and from time to time the foul odour emanated out into the living area! The alternative was to use the separate WC which opens directly off the living area. This was not ideal and in addition it appeared that the extract ventilation in this toilet was also out of order. Having looked back over previous reviews it appears that the toilet in the main bathroom was out of order as far back as July 2023. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A BROKEN TOILET IN LUXEMBOURG! There was little point in reporting the problem to Arca during our stay as, given that it appears to have been out of order for many months it seemed unlikely that the toilet would get repaired during the four days of our stay. Arca Properties must have known that the toilet was broken and unusable and should therefore make it clear at the time of booking or prior to guests arrival that all the facilities will not be available and this should be reflected in the rental charged for the apartment.

Fabulous location.

The video provided a clear outline on hoe to access the keys from the lockbox. Having two bathrooms was brilliant. Very spacious unit with great kitchen facilities. Coffee machine a bonus. Location was superb- close to Luxembourg and train station.

Great Spot to Stay in Luxembourg

Overall it's worth the value. The apartment is in a great location close to the city center, there are a few parking spots and places around it. It was very clean and comfortable. It's very spacious and enough for at least a group of 4. The managing team are very helpful, easy reachable, and responsive.

Good Apartment

All the facilities of the apartment make we feel like home. But there are no Aircondition, it might be hot in summer. We opened the window at night and feel good climate but got loud noise from the road.

We 4 people had to used one bathroom because the outside bathroom are out of order and no bath curtain so we can not even shower there. The way to reach the elevator had to hold heavy luggages up by stairs before go to elevator ,many steps up. This apartment is not suitable to handicap people.

Very good

Very good location, not too far from the train station (walking distance). Bakery and supermarket opposite the apartment complex. Amazing view. Incredibly large apartment. Kitchen well equipped, basically everything you need is already there. Shutters everywhere which also turned out to be very handy (very busy road, so you could experience some noise from sirens etc). Overall great location to spend a few days in the city. Would totally recommend.

We arrived on July 24th. Judging by the previous reviews, there were already problems with the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and the separate shower head in the other bathroom. Our toilet was also taped with duct tape. I think something like this can be fixed quite easily. Of course you had one toilet in another bathroom, but the 3rd toilet was sort of in the middle of the living room, a bit of a strange place. As we stayed with quite a few people, we would have liked to be able to use the other toilet, since everyone also had their own bathroom. Through the check-in system we received a video about the removal of the waste. Useful, but please also provide different garbage bags so you can actually sort things. Last point, not enough towels (for kitchen and bathrooms).

Overall good except for two items mentioned below.

Large and clean as shown in pics. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied. Outstanding view and right at the Viaduct bridge for easy access to all of the downtown.

Overall pleasant, with two exceptions: toilet in main bathroom was out of commission, wrapped in duct tape to prevent it from being used. Not a huge deal but a bit of a hassle. Second and less pleasant were addicts at the entrance to building. Every time we came or went one or two were there, either passed out or one morning actively shooting up. They minded their own business, but we had to ask them to move to enter building on a couple occasions. A little disturbing, and unexpected.

Stayed at this apartment after spending 2 days in a tiny, claustrophobic apartment in Paris. It was huge and well stocked. The view is amazing and the location perfect.

It is on a busy street and the police seem to have sirens going when ever their vehicle is moving. It is hard to sleep if you need to have the windows open for ventilation.

Be careful, reserves unpleasant surprises

The appartment is quite good. Spacious and well equipped. Perfect for a stay of 4 persons.

Personnaly my worst booking experience so far. The appartment is managed by a kind of semi-automatic desk. Besides issues with payment (for the check-in they were literally asking once again to pay the full rate), I never managed to get the keys of the appartment for my first night (so had to pay one night at the hotel). If you book this appartment try to go there during the day and carefully check all the emails you get from them (for me they send a wrong video to explain how to get the keys). One important tip, the locker with the keys is situated in the street (not in the building) and from Wednesday to Thursday night they are bins that could not allow you to see it. At the end they request you to fill a sort of check-out form with the aim of getting some extra money. Please be careful with that also. In a nutshell, if you are seeking for some adventures at the same time as a trip, than go ahead. If not maybe better to book a more friendly accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The views are amazing. The rooms are spacious. The location is great, easy walking distance to many sights and transport.

There were not enough china and glasses and not all the pans could be used on the induction hob. The shower head and a WC seat need to be replaced. There should be live TV. More pillows would be good.

Apartment was located centrally between the Old Quarter and Gare Central station. It was easy to get to from public transit from the airport. The apartment was clean and as described.

The key box was a little out of the way, but the host provided adequate directions. There was a leaky toilet in one bathroom.

Porém o apartamento deixa a desejar. Não foi pensado em atender hóspedes. A cama da suíte é super baixa, o chuveiro da suíte estava vazando muito, de modo que o banho foi muito desagradável. No Box não tinha porta sabonete e shampoo. No outro banheiro a descarga do vaso sanitário não estava funcionando. Na cozinha não tinha detergente pra lavar a louça, de modo que eu tive que comprar, não tinha pano de prato pra secar a louça. Apesar da vista externa ser linda, não conseguimos ficar mais tempo, pela falta de estrutura. Os anfitriões deveriam repensar e atender melhor o seus hóspedes .

Duży apartament, wygodny, ze wspaniałym widokiem. Herbata, kawa, filmy, cisza. Świetna lokalizacja.

Za każdym razem, gdy dzwoniłem do zarządców, odbierała inna osoba. Wiadomości od zarządu i maile dochodziły z opóźnieniem, co było problematyczne, gdy okazało się, że wystąpił problem z pozostawieniem kluczy. Problem ten polegał na tym, że schowki na klucze zablokowały się i częściowo stopiły z powodu wysokich temperatur, a pokrętła do szyfru nie chciały się obracać. Próbując kontaktować się z zarządem, za każdym razem rozmawiałem w centrali z innym operatorem i musiałem od początku tłumaczyć sytuację. Ostatecznie sam rozwiązałem problem, ponieważ meble od zarządu i wiadomości dotarły do mnie dopiero po dłuższym czasie. W jednej z trzech ubikacji nie spłukiwała się woda. W schowku z pralką panował bałagan, znajdowały się tam niepotrzebne graty i niezmontowane prysznice. W pościeli pod kołdrą znajdowały się krótkie czarne włosy i czarne meszki.
