Location was absolutely perfect, right in the best part of town, near the chemin de la corniche and other attractions. Very comfortable bed/pillows and the apartment feels new. Kitchen was well stocked and elevator was convenient.
We never received check in instructions until we asked, and even then it was hard to find the place. But Erik was quick to answer our questions. We stayed in early June, but in the middle of summer it seems like it would get very hot on the top floor with no AC

Lovely apartment, fantastic location! Yes, loud at night, but closing the windows helped a lot and Erik had provided a really good fan for the bedroom so we weren't too hot and the fan grey noise helped us sleep!
I think the only thing we lacked was toilet roll, there was only one which didn't quite last 4 days!!
