First time there, a very good experience. Spacious apartment with kitchenette etc. Well equipped. Coffee in the common hall, easy to park in the street. The rooms are above a restaurant, which is itself quite good with a very nice terrace !! Breakfast can be ordered (not in some summer weeks though so we did not try it).
Excellent value for money compared to the hotel prices in this area!
The restaurant terrace is very nice for dinner/lunch but is right below some room(s) so you will hear conversations, that can be noisy but it closes fairly early so it is not such a big issue.

Clean and in good location. Ceiling fan was great and really cooled the apartment down even in a heat wave.
Not enough toilet paper provided.

Booked as restaurant attached, we arrived on a Saturday, restaurant closed. Very odd day to be closed

Like on your website (booking.com), we can't have the breakfast: but it is possible (10€ for the small one & 14€ for the one with eggs, bacon, ...)
The single room: the bed is really small.
