Brand new hotel

Brand new hotel, great location, big sized room, luxurious bathroom & amazing breakfast.

Room service is quite expensive, we ordered twice and one time, the food came cold. Construction next door, so you cant sit in our balcony the construction ppl are right outside and can see you.

There was lots of noises of what I imagine to be from the pool very early in the morning. My bedroom was right below, so every morning I heard water bomb and pipes working…

Highly recommend, would stay again

Highly recommend this hotel. From the warm welcome to departure, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms were outstanding, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the restaurant served excellent food. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance to Atlas and Finns.

The hotel was gorgeous, stunning decor and gorgeous pool with great views. The staff were incredibly helpful too.

Gym was under renovation. Would have loved access but I’ve no doubt it will be great when finished!

We arrived tired after a long flight and spent three wonderful days here. The hotel is wonderful, the staff even more so.

The desserts in the pastry shop next to the hotel are not as tasty as they look.

2 Nights In Tui Blue

Extremely Clean & Friendliest Staff. The food including breakfast was delicious. Spa staff were excellent.

A lot of construction going on around the hotel but it really did not interfere with our stay.

Okay for the money

the hotel was clean. the villa was modern up to date I enjoyed the welcome drinks and gifts left for your stay the amenities left in villa were nice, and plenty of towels were left. Staff was amazing

The design of the property is off, the location is weird to get to and getting in and out is difficult The view is only of construction going on right next door. The stairs going up to the bedrooms in the villa, are weirdly designed and a little dangerous, if you have any elderly they will NOT be able to go up the stairs there are no railings. The furniture is nice and modern, ,but not comfortable to sit in. There should be more furniture outside to enjoy the pool and the pool should be spotless. None of the pieces of furniture to sit on were comfortable and too low for any one to sit in

Exceptional

Clean and new and the food and the stuff are super friendly and unbelievably trained and professional it’s the best ever we will come every year just to this hotel feels amazing and comfortable and everything you need they will help you and guide you and even the rooms and the service is 10/10 from the food to the comfort to the environment to the smile in the morning and evening! It’s just exceptional experience we extended our stay too many times because we couldn’t find hotel with the same service and comfort feels like home !!

Only negative is that there was a full build happening right next door so loud noises interrupted our stay. We wish that had been mentioned prior to booking as it was not peaceful laying by the pool throughout the day. Workers there for long hours

Ambience, Neatness and Food, Staff excellent . However Quality of Breakfast need to be improved. Room service food is fantastic . Good part is not crowded for breakfast and you have special attention. Being a new hotel this is our best choice where all staff smiling and helping for all the needs

Great place to stay and relax.

The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and offered us a welcome drink and sweet snacks during check-in. The staff also took us to the room and explained certain items that might be important to us during our stay. I was greeted by a gift of kindness in the form of a perfume, which I really did not expect. Also, the drinks in the mini bar were free to use. The hotel is relatively new and the room is clean and equipped with everything you might need. On the roof of the hotel there is a bar and a restaurant as well as a swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast is excellent. It offers really many options that are freshly prepared on demand. There is also possibility of a late breakfast, which is an additional advantage for guests who want to get some sleep. The hotel is located in a great location, close to streets that offer a lot of content and at the same time it is somewhat hidden from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Generaly, great ratio of invested and received.

Perfect Villa for the Girls

My group stayed in one of the Villas and we had such a relaxing time. Bogik was so welcoming and looked after us as well as all the other staff are so nice and accomodating. Villa was so well designed and I loved using the kitchen and dining area, also really appreciated the buggy service in the berawa area. My friends loved the free flowing jamu and I really liked the breakfast options buffet and ala carte. There are so many nice cafes and shops nearby too, during our stay there was a small art market which was really cute. Our stay included a floating breakfast and a private chef dinner. Both were such a treat! Thank you so much🙏🤍
