One of the best location in the entire Bali ,, 4-5 minutes to the beach , very good rooms Two things might need addressing 1. Breakfast should have few more items other than the traditional Indonesian cuisine,, 2. No smart tv which is a shame for hotel of this size and standards.. they only need to spend $20-25 for each room to install Google devices and all the tv sets will have YouTube Netflix prime available

I booked TUI BLUE for 3 nights and absolutely loved the overall experience—the amenities and perks were definitely the highlights of the stay. The pool isn’t very large, but it’s still enjoyable, and the breakfast selection was great with plenty of options. That said, our first night wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. We had requested an early check-in since it was Good Friday and we needed to shower before heading to church. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was malfunctioning (turning on and off). We informed the staff before leaving and asked for it to be checked and fixed, but when we returned about 10 hours later, it was still unresolved, and the front desk didn’t seem aware of the issue. There were also a few housekeeping oversights: the bathroom had two soaps and one conditioner instead of a complete set, and when housekeeping came to fix it, they entered the wet bathroom wearing outdoor shoes, making the already dirty floor even worse. We also realized there was no hairdryer in the room and had to call to request one. Housekeeping team really needs to up their game ( as in my new room some of the soaps & lotions are also mixed up) After all that, the TUI BLUE team was very helpful—they offered us a different room and kindly upgraded us, which we really appreciated. From that point on, the rest of our stay was perfect.

This is a gem in Canggu. Within a 15-20mins walk, you have great eateries, clubs, cafes, pharmacy, barber, massage, etc. The hotel room is of good size, well-equipped, super comfy bed, well-equipped toiletries. Service by hotel staff front front desk, spa, restaurant is top-notch. Highly recommended and will stay here again.
