Very comfortable has a premium luxurious wheel to it. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

A beautiful building with beautiful furnishings, surrounded by trees and garden. natural materials have been used throughout, this place gave me a really close connection to nature. It looks fantastic and is very Zen. There are plenty of daybeds and cultural furniture around the pool.

Although the hotel is very private and hidden between the trees and plants there are a lot of buildings activities around it. So you have to accept a lot of sound coming from the buildingsites

A beautiful place with lovely people, but there are some improvements needed

We really enjoyed the resort because it’s peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with lots of plants and trees. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty, and they could be easily adjusted to suit our preferences. The staff were very kind, often offering tea or coffee, and always ready to help. They were attentive and thoughtful. Even on the day we were leaving, we spent more time in the common areas and they made sure we felt comfortable until the end.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience on our first morning. We had arrived late at night, past midnight, and after breakfast we asked for a pillowcase to be changed. Within a few minutes, a young staff member (the youngest of the team, always dressed in black) came into our villa and changed the pillowcase on my side of the bed. Shortly after he left, I noticed that the 205 AUD I had beside my bed was missing. At first, I thought maybe I had misplaced it or moved it without realising, so we searched everywhere carefully, but it never appeared. I was certain it had been there, as we were preparing to exchange it into local currency that morning. This situation was very upsetting, not only because of the money, which I had saved with effort for our holiday activities, but also because it delayed our plans and, most importantly, made me lose trust in a place that was supposed to feel like our safe and relaxing space in Bali. From that moment, every time we left the villa we locked everything carefully and even took photos of our belongings, because the feeling of security was gone. When my partner spoke to the receptionist, we were told there wasn’t much they could do, and to “trust karma,” which left us even more disappointed. The second issue is the construction going on around the villas. During the day, the noise of cranes and hammering is very noticeable. If you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring, it won’t affect you much, but if you’re expecting to fully relax and rest at the villa during the day, it can be a big disturbance.

Lush hideaway in busy Canggu

Great escape from the business of Canggu but still in a great spot. 3-5 min drive / scooter ride from all the good restaurants, cafes, spas etc. Clean, nice pool and friendly staff. Our flight home wasn't until 11:30pm that night and whilst checkout was at 12pm, we were able to hang out in their media room until our flight and use a shower.

It is such a beautiful resort. The moment you enter you feel calm. The rooms are decorated so elegantly and everything is beautiful. The bathrooms are insta worthy. Best thing is the staff, they are extremely kind and helpful.we rented a scooter thorugh them and had lots of fun exploring. They served afternoon tea which was delicious. The breakfast was also one of the best. We loved this property. And would love to come back. Only one issue was that there were no.cups, plates or spoons and forks in the room which people may need. We asked the butler and he brought them quickly. And the toilet had a flushing issue which should be sorted. Other than that we give it 10/10. Just beautiful and calm. Thank you to the lovely staff.

The resort is very central located but when you enter you don’t hear anything. It’s just you and the nature. Amazing location with an very modern architecture. It is like in the pictures. Dream!

That the bathroom had no window. I know it’s common in Bali but with all the insects and mosquitoes I prefer a closed bathroom.

The room and scenery were beautiful and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. Great place to stay if you want to explore Canggu but also relax.

-close to Canggu main streets - easy access - very good sized rooms - good shower space and bathtub is down the stairs so don’t miss that - staff were very friendly and welcoming - good housekeeping -towels provided - good value for money -good sized pool -amenities available -smart tv with Netflix

Not the properties fault, the roof is traditional thatch (or something like that) so doesn’t entirely seal. This meant we had lizards coming into the room. They were good sized lizards. Now I’m from the UK so very much not used to this and am squeamish. However it’s to be expected with this room type and it’s Bali so just be aware that this could be the case for you. Like I said though it’s a small point to note and no fault of the hotel.

I was disappointed and miserable for my wedding anniversary.

The place was stink, the roof was leaking, the sheets were soiled, the floors were dirty, the furniture were dusty the pastry for breakfast was stale. This place should not be operating as a hotel and certainly not called luxury!

located in Canggu but incredibly quiet, I was in the room with the pool view, very comfortable bed, clean everywhere and the staff was just so helpful. I strongly recommend the pancakes for breakfast they were unreal!!
