Beautiful staff and quiet location in Canggu

The staff were friendly and attentive without being too much. Quiet despite being in Canggu. Loved the pool and the Spa, super relaxing. Our driver to and from the airport was so so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of information about Bali, we so appreciated him!

Perhaps the mattress was too firm, but that’s purely personal preference.

Very relaxing and beautiful stay in a very busy Canguu

The room was big, clean and beautiful, the bed was really comfy and the bath was lovely and big, we were able to get in it together. It was our anniversary whilst there and we had cake in the fridge left for us and flowers etc on the bed was so lovely ... The breakfast in the morning was really nice The pool was very clean and we made use of this We had to check out by 12pm but our flight was not until quite late that evening, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and let us use a treatment room to shower in and get changed later in the day, so that we could sunbath and use the pool

The pillows were too hard for us and the interconnecting door to the other villa was not sound proofed, you could see light all around it and we were having a lovely night sleep until about 3pm when a new arrival arrived and we could hear all the noise from them which was not good!!

the architecture of the property was exceptional and you had a pool near each group of rooms. Also the rooms were very big and with design that combined the traditional with the modern. One other important thing was the staff, which was very helpful and willing to help at any moment. I really had one of the best times there and I will return for sure there if I come to Bali again.

changu is one of the most busiest areas with a lot of traffic, but the resort is well positioned with many bars and shops that my girlfriend loved.

The Villa was amazing and lovely. Highly exceeded my expectations, would definitely returned to the same place in future. Would like to shoutout to the manager and staff (lady in specs) and the midnight crew for the great hospitality and care due to the fact that we were having food poisoning.

Lovely stay at Kharista by Ekosistem

Overall please with our stay at Kharista by Ekosistem. Stayed in the 'One Bedroom Retreat' which are located at the rear of the property. Room design is very nice with everything functioning as it should. Plenty of natural ventilation in the semi-outdoor shower and seperate semi-outdoor toilet. Room has plenty of opportunity to let in natural light as well as having sufficient artificial lighting in all the areas needed, especially the bathroom / powder room. Also like that there is 2 A/C units, 1 in the sleeping quarters and then another in the bathroom / powder room. Staff are extremely friendly and could not do enough to assist in anyway possible for our stay. Had a birthday during our stay and the staff sang me a happy birthday, decorated the room and bed and also provided a cake, very nice touch which was greatly appreciated. The 'One Bedroom Retreats' have their own large private balcony overlooking the pool area (room 501) where breakfast is served of a morning. The grounds are beautifully maintained with staff removing frangipani leaves from the pool multiple times a day, very efficient team. Having stayed at many places in the Canggu area, Kharista by Ekosistem would definitely be accomodation we would return to. Set back off Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan there is no noise from the road but you do occasionally hear loud motorbikes up and down the shortcut (Shortcut Canggu - Pererenan) which is close to the rear of the property.

Being very critical but a couple of improvements the property owners could take into consideration. - The chairs (think cheap warung style wooden straight back chairs) on the balcony are not comfortable at all, could only sit on them for 10 mins. Upgrade to the table and chairs on the balcony would be greatly appreciated. - The entry doors (double glass sliding doors) have a large gap around the entire frame letting mosquitos in. - If you are a person who suffers mobility issues you may have a concern with the rooms right at the rear of the property as it is some walk and with a number of 3/4 sets of stairs. Kharista by Ekosistem is a great resort and with a couple of little fixes could be even better.

Amazing place on a really good location, close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they make great breakfasts! Everything was clean and cozy and staff takes care that it stays like this every day. I recommend it and will definitely come back again!
