Accomodation is fine, but the staff could have been more helpful.

The accomodation is very clean, dry, and airy (love it!). Location is in the heart of Changgu - very convenient.

The staff doesn't speak or understand English - it makes it hard for me to communicate my requests with her. I also encountered a huge crockcoach in the room - I told the staff but she wasn't helpful at all.

Staff sleeping whole day in the hall like a security guy.. absolutely not comfortable when we want be in the pool and stay outside.. they dont clean your room just if u ask and everything dirty , neighbor dog gonna attack you all the time when u come home and u leave .. and its a aggressive attack not just a wau wau

It is very close to everything, but yet quite. The villa is lovely, the room was spacious and clean. Shower & bathroom was the best I had in Bali. Felt like home.

The villa was very clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was in a quiet neighborhood so you didn’t hear the cars or motorbikes.

The wash table and shower was clogged so it didn’t flush water down quickly. The neighbors were building the house which sometimes woke us up in the early morning (not your fault of course 😁)

The Villa itself is really nice, good kitchen facilities, nice pool that is very well maintained. They were very accommodating with check in and check out, as well as that there was staff at the front desk nearly 24/7. Location was good, walking distance from most things in Canggu or cheap Gojek.

This hotel is a great value for the price. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I arrived early and the staff let me check in to my room which was super sweet! I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Canggu.

Amazing room!!

This was one of the bests rooms I've stayed so far. The bed and the room were huge and comfy, I arrived late but the guy was very very nice. I did have a small problem with my bathroom but there was someone who helped me out with it. The house is so beautiful and peaceful, would definitely recommend it. Also they rent me a motorbike without any sort of issue, thanks to the personal, so friendly and nice!

Don‘t Book with them!!! Absolutely Unprofessional and rude. We complaint about the bathroom because it looked really not bearable and disgusting. Also completely different to the Booking.com pictures. We told them this immediately and they told us someone will clean it. But they didn‘t. So we complaint to them several Times, but they weren‘t cooperative at all and didn‘t even apologize or suggested a Solution. We already paid the Hotel in advance and wanted at least a discount which they also refused in a rude way. We then told them we won‘t accept and they should at least pay the Scooter for us which we Booked over them and which was only 80k per day for them. So the manager Sent One of their staff which Rushed into our Room and Started Screaming at us and threating us. It‘s Just unbeliveable. We were really scared as I Told him a couple of times to stop screaming. We left the apt immediately after this and reported it also over Booking.com.
