My worst experience

Nothing

I didn’t check in because in the only room I was offered, was mold and I’m allergic and had severe symptoms at that time so it’s literally life threatening for me. Administrator refused to offer another room to check as he told me that his day shift was over at 7 pm and I came to check in by 8 pm. And after several minutes he just went home with the keys Due to my allergy (caused previously) that’s why for me was impossible to stay in room with mold. And it’s not my responsibility but your hotel. And your staff just went away. And I’ve asked regarding changing or upgrading the room but received no response. I was forced to pay for completely different place to stay. The staff went away and didn’t leave the key so I couldn’t even enter the room if I decided to stay. And they simply refused to make a refund. I’ll never choose this place again.

The Villa Management shoud improve the service

Several restaurants are located close to the property. The AC is nice and cold.

The unit was dirty when we came to check in. The floor is dusty, the bed sheet smells like Insect Spray, the utensil has water spots, and the towel in the kitchen has many stains. Water temperature is not stable, gets very scalding hot and gets cold, and not to mention the dirty water takes forever to drain. Another issue is that there is simply a lack of parking spaces. We have to wait for almost 30 minutes just to get someone to move the car which blocking the way. The utensil is very low in quality. Only 6 glasses were provided. No paper towels are given in the kitchen For someone who loves to sunbathe, the pool has no deck around it, and no sun comes through the pool area.

Wonderful location to be based out of on your holiday in Bali

I was only there for a night, but it was a beautiful room, with a lovely, large space between the bedroom and kitchen. There was a small, private balcony, and a spacious bathroom with hot water that lasted for more than five minutes, which is somewhat rare in Bali. I slept soundly in the large, soft bed.

Excellent stay in Canggu

It was a nice stay at KammOra living. The building is relatively brand new and it was very clean and everything worked nicely. The free washing machine and dryer in the room was very helpful for us as we had a lot of laundry and did not want to go to a laundry shop. The staffs were very kind and helped us to deliver our food delivery to our room every time. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is convenient and there is a 24 hour convenience store nearby. I really hope the property owner will maintain and keep the place clean and pristine for years to come. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Canggu.

Excellent but not a 5-star experience

We are a family of two adults, three children, and a baby, and we stayed in a villa. The villa appears brand new—modern, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a water dispenser, as well as a private swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, a TV, and air conditioning. The internet connection is fast, and daily housekeeping is provided. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, which was very convenient for a family stay. The gym facilities are also excellent.

The property is listed as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com, which generally implies services like a concierge, a 24-hour front desk, and on-site dining. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at Kammora. Each time we returned from an outing, no one helped us with our luggage. At times, there was no security presence at all—anyone could enter the complex without any form of screening. There is also no restaurant or breakfast service available, which is surprising for a property marketed at this level. We experienced repeated electrical issues in our villa: for three nights in a row, the power went out due to a tripped breaker. I had to call the emergency number each time, and eventually, I had to learn where the breaker was located (near the security room) and reset it myself. This should not be the guest’s responsibility. The villa itself was beautiful and spacious, but it has some design drawbacks. The second floor is open to the outdoors, which allowed mosquitoes into the bedrooms. Also, despite daily cleaning, the floors remained a bit dusty. In summary, while the villa has great potential, the lack of basic services, security, and dining options fall far short of what one would expect from a 5-star property.

The property is located right in the middle of the construction which ruins a bit your experience. There is no bar or cafe, so for the drinks or breakfast you need to go outside, but there are great options to choose from and not that far.

Great apartment to rent

Clean, new and had everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and soft. The gym, sauna and pool were perfect in good condition. Staff were super lovely and helpful. It was quiet/peaceful with minimal guests. I knew there was construction going on but it wasn't that bad. The music at the pool was nice and relaxing too. Spacious room with plenty of storage.

Heel mooi, maar alleen als het af is.

De villa was prachtig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien (wasmachine, vaatwasser, waterdispenser etc etc). Luxe al om. Tevens had het complex een gym en sauna. Super vriendelijk personeel, ook nadat wij eerder vetrokken (zie hieronder) waren zij coulant. Dat zegt wel iets!

Helaas waren er echt serieuze bouwwerkzaamheden bezig, hierdoor kwamen wij in villa 1 terecht direct aan de bouwplaats (geen zonlicht maar steigers). Dit was gezien de prijs niet acceptabel. Hotel personeel super meewerkend en boden ons een andere villa aan in het complex. Wel zon en minder bouw geluiden, helaas was deze villa nog niet helemaal af. Airco op 1 van de kamers werkte niet, een hele avond en nacht geen water waardoor douchen en bad niet mogelijk was. Tevens stopte de zwembadpomp ermee en hadden we een half leeg zwembad. Voor ons de keuze om eerder te vertrekken en ergens anders heen te gaan. Ondanks het lieve personeel, denk ik dat de villa nog even compleet gemaakt moet worden en dan is het een top verblijf. Vraag dus goed naar het hotel hoe erg de bouwwerkzaamheden zijn!!!!!!!

Een mooie en ruime villa met drie slaapkamers met badkamers en prive zwembad, waarbij een ook wasruimte incl. droger aanwezig is.

De accomodatie wordt uitgebreid, waardoor er overdag lawaai is vanuit het constructiegebied. In de villa was sprake van muggen en zou het fijn als er meer handdoeken zijn voor de keuken, vuilniszakken en een muggenspray. Tot slot is voor een kort verblijf geen schoonmaak aanwezig vanuit het hotel en geen mogelijk tot nieuwe handdoeken, en zou je de prijs-kwaliteit wel verwachten dat dit inclusief is.
