Everything, it's the best place we have stayed! And we've stayed in a lot of places, the area was perfect for us, the garden was lovely, the bed was lovely and comfortable but we're used to a Superking so could be a little bigger lol

We chose the Garden Room as it had exceptional reviews and a good location. When we arrived we weren't disappointed, we were greeted with coffee milk and biscuits..a lovely touch. The local supermarket is very close and its walking distance to the pubš We enjoyed revisiting places that I'd been to as a child, Cockington especially which is a beautiful quaint village which remains unspoilt. The nearby seaside towns are all worth a visit, and chose on our last date to do the 'round robin' trip, recommended by the owners...it was a lovely day out.
Tiny suggestion...we had fish an chips one night, would have been great to add more salt an vinegarš¤

We stayed for two nights and couldnāt have been happier. The room was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the peaceful location made it the perfect place to relax and switch off.
Check-in and check-out were seamless with a lockbox, which made everything really convenient.
Highly recommended for couples looking for a quiet, cosy escape in Torbay. Weād love to come back!
