Location is good. Easy check-in

The property was very warm when we checked-in as the temperature was very high. This was forecast already for the week and was going on the previous week. One of the rooms, the window appears to be fixed so we cannot open it to ventilate. I made a few attempts of phonecall and messages but no reply requesting for an electric fan… For Future, suggestions which are likely helpful and will be much appreciated by guest is that to provide a litter or two of bottled water for the initial stage of the visitors to use. For Longer staying guests, a suitable supply of tissue is crucial and as well as kitchen towel/kitchen tissue. There is no parking in the area, but pay parking can be obtained in the nearby hotels, heading to seaside, If they can double check the laundry dynamics of their towels provided as it has like a strange off odor/unclean odor. I think the main thing is communication, they should be able to communicate with their guests’ queries, unfortunately this was not the case for our stay.
