The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The decor throughout is very nice and well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. As a family of 5 (all girls!) having two bathrooms and two showers was incredbly helpful. The whole property was incredibly clean and well looked after. We loved it there so much my children didn't want to come home!
The only downside is that there is no parking that can be used for more than one hour with no return for 2 hours. However, this wouldn't put me off staying at the property again.

Location is pretty close to Torquay seafront and we were there for a concert. It's a big old place and plenty of room, beds were ok, quite comfortable. Able to park outfront which helped (but only overnight)
We were there on the hottest weekend of the year so windows had to be opened as it was hot as a living hell, it's above a launderette so this may contribute. The downside of the windows being open is that Belgrave Road is the drunken eatery capital of Torquay. Essentially it felt a bit like I was actually sleeping on the street at times. I suspect in cooler weather the windows can be closed and the noise level is just fine. If you're there to party then probably also going to be ok.
