Fabulous appartment albeit a little chilly if like us you just want to relax in all day

We’ve stayed in the apartments many times as we love it so much. The views are not to be beaten, and we love self catering but with the option of walking downstairs to the restaurant for a meal or drink. It is immaculately clean and everything you could need for your stay is provided.

This is our first time visiting when it was really cold and a magnificent storm! The heating went off in the morning and when we rang at 12.30 to say we were really cold, they said it would be timed to come back on at 3.30 and couldn’t be overridden.

Excellent apartment, very well priced, quiet area and very close to beach.

The apartment was in a quiet area, and no noise from other guests. The kitchen was very well equipped which made self catering easy. All rooms were very clean and tidy and lots of space. Comfy beds, hairdryer, etc. all we needed. There was a separate toilet, as well as bathroom with a toilet. Easy to pick up keys from reception and get help if needed. Although our apartment did not have a view of the sea we had a nice view over the garden. Easy walk to Meadfoot beach, and the cafe there was even open in December, great for getting a morning coffee! Quick drive into Torquay town centre.

Nothing specific, we were very happy with this apartment. Only little gripe from small person was there were doors to every room that were on springs to self close and were a little hard to open (completely understandable as probably fire regulation reasons).

Lovely luxury apartment

Lovely location/ view and beautiful apartment. Indoor pool and tennis courts in the hotel were fantastic.

Our bath water ran green. They said it was due to lack of use and to keep running it but it never improved. Were able to use the shower ok but a bit of a shame. WI-FI down on one of the mornings but swiftly rectified.

A lovely apartment with sea views!

Unfortunately the key pad didn’t work so we couldn’t get into our room. A maintenance man came quite quickly. It took a little while for him to get us in but he was helpful and got us in as quickly as he could

A great stay

The apartments are large, spotlessly clean and really well furnished. Plenty of the essentials you need (towels, dishwasher tablets, cloths, bin bags). Honestly, someone has thought about this properly and it's just so nice to walk into a place and not find things utensils or other essentials missing. Great views, convenient parking, and good sized apartment.

A great, historic site with good views of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

Lovely site; pool was good but located in a warren of rooms. But, it was nice to have the pool as an option. The apartment was bright and quite large living room/kitchen space with all the amenities.

The bathroom was tiny with nowhere to put our toiletries and not enough places to hang towels. We did use the portable rack in the living room for the towels.

Amazing stay at the Osborne Apartments. We will definitely be returning!

We got married at the Osborne hotel and had a few. Nights in the apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was top tier. The rooms were really big, fresh bedding everywhere and extra bedding for the sofa bed. The views out of the living room window and small bedroom were absolutely amazing.

What truly magnificent view and location . It was my 50th birthday on the 28th and it was wonderful to spend this at such a beautiful place .

Seaside gem

Rare find - proper holiday feel - brilliant facilities, all for free and the views from the apartment were unforgettable.

Some staff at the bar were young and immature and you can hear them complaining about customers asking for “complicated”drinks or management making them work 10 min longer. But most of the staff, especially in the main restaurant or reception were absolutely brilliant. Also, if you intend on staying in apartment with sofa bed, be aware sofa bed will be ok for small child, but is very basic and mattress is very uncomfortable for an adult.
