Fantastic location as described, clean and fresh modern bathrooms and en-suite. Nice little front garden with flowers in bloom.

Very good house, had everything you could possibly need. Location was very good, only 200 yards from the beach and beach cafe, lovely breakfast.

The only little problem was the curtains, very thin and see through, needs blackout curtains, especially with young children and babies.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home and have already booked to return next year, which says it all! The house was beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were lovely and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep throughout our holiday. The location is perfect, with a lovely beach just at the end of the road and Torquay only a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy both the coastline and local amenities without needing to drive. Overall, this is a wonderful holiday home that combines comfort, style, and an excellent location. We would highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit.
