Very good value for money and good location for a short walk into town.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Quite steep terrain but that would be the same almost any where in Torquay.

A beautiful 'gem' superb hotel and staff .

We had a wonderful stay at this superb hotel over the bank holiday weekend. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay . It is spotlessly clean, bed was super comfy ,room spacious and bright with a view down to the sea. Breakfast here is exceptional, good quality, plenty and delicious . The bar is well stocked and lounge is lovely. Nice little touches, pretty cups and saucers in the bedroom ,tea,coffee, chocolate! We had our 2 dogs with us and all the staff were very accommodating, even helped with our bags, not many places do that !! Plenty of free parking and a lovely garden that we enjoyed sitting in. Location is,fantastic, literally an 8 min walk down to the harbour where you'll find plenty to see and do. Beacons cove is just behind the harbour at the end a lovely cove dog friendly all year round, our dogs loved the sea dip and you can find shade by the cliff if needed . I am so happy we found this hotel and cant recommend enough , you won't be disappointed! They also do afternoon tea, and deals on 3 night stays where you get 4 free off peak season !! Im stunned and we certainly will visit again and look forward to seeing the wonderful people who make this place a real gem . Thank you to you all xx

Great facilities but lousy PR

Lovely room and great GF breakfast options

Other residents woke us at 4:15am. and kept us awake until morning. It was uncertain who was in charge or had the authority to deal with this issue. No one seemed to be onsite to deal with the noisy residents

Beautiful Victorian property steeped in history. It was absolutely immaculately clean. Parking was available. Beautiful gardens, hanging baskets and planters.

Lovely old character property. Once you get over the steep driveway you’ll be welcomed with a delightful smile and a warm welcome. Our room was lovely and had a drinks fridge, which was a bonus as I like fresh milk in my morning coffee and I did not see that listed on the itinerary. The en-suite was lovely and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the free treats too. Breakfast (full English 👌)was generous and well cooked and presented. More tea and toast offered too if you wanted. Nice walk into the town a bit of a climb to come back but super close to everything. Bus stop very close literally the bottom of the driveway. We would definitely stay again xx Thank you Erica x

Exceptional breakfast, good selection and well cooked, probably the best breakfast you could have. Staff very attentive and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms very clean and well furnished. Would highly recommend. Lovely old building with original features.liked the China cups and saucers with little gold spoons in the room!! Nice touch.

On a hill. Lots of stairs to second floor so not ideal for those with limited mobility. Easier access to first floor rooms at the top of a grand staircase. Parking available but not a lot of room to manouevre.

Being Australian tourists, we found Robin Hill Hotel a quaintly English style seaside hotel. It exceeded our expectation

The warm welcome we received upon arrival from Andrew and Jessica. The sumptuous breakfast. The overall comfort and homeliness.

The tight parking. The stairs (only because we had lots of cases)

There was a musty odor in the bathroom. Note that the parking is on a steep hill so it proved to be a bit of a challenge for us Americans.

Our stay at the Robin Hill hotel was very relaxing. The breakfasts were varied and delicious and cooked fresh to order . Our friendly hosts were very helpful with local knowledge and ideas of where to go sightseeing .

Fine for a short stay

Host was very friendly and helpful. Convenient for Torquay centre. Hotel was quaint and unusual , clean. Room was fairly well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was very small but ok for a one night stay. Would have preferred larger tea cups! Bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Have stayed before, therefore Robin Hill was our immediate choice for our latest visit to Torquay. The owners are most helpful and very engaging. And the breakfast is perfect.
