Lower Merida is a luxury apartment within a Victorian Villa. It is situated above Beacon Cove, a few minutes walk from Torquay harbour, town centre and near beaches.

The property is accessed via the main gates with a gravel drive and there is 24-hour security. Sorry, we are unable to accomodate those in a wheel chair.

The apartment is finished to a luxurious modern standard with granite worktops and space to relax.

If you enjoy walking, cycling, sailing or spending time at the beach we are in the perfect location for your holiday!

Lower Merida has three bedrooms and sleeps eight. The apartment is accessed via stone steps past a brick built BBQ.

Shower Room/Utility
On entering you have a spacious shower room, w/c, basin with vanity units, towel rail. To your left a utility area with laundry facilities, an iron and ironing board.

Passing along the corridor you enter a modern light-filled open plan kitchen diner.

Kitchen Diner/Lounge
The kitchen is fitted with a granite worktop, fully integrated appliances, American Fridge Freezer, gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher and microwave and a full compliment of crockery and cutlery. The dining room table seats eight people.

There are three sofas in the lounge with a wall mounted television and coffee table to eat, drink and relax.

There is a selection of books and games in the apartment.

A combi boiler provides hot water and heating.

Bedroom One
In bedroom one there is a king-sized zip link bed which can be separated into two 2’6 singles with bedside tables and lights. There is a hang space with chest of draws and a television.

Bedroom Two
In bedroom two there are two sets of 3-foot bunk beds to sleep four with bedside tables, side light, wardrobe with draws and television.

Bedroom Three
In bedroom three, there is a king-sized zip link bed which can be separated into two 2’6 singles with bedside tables and lights. There is a wardrobe, chest of draws and a television.

Family Bathroom
Large walk in shower, w/c, full size seperate bath, basin with vanity unit below and towel rail.

Outdoor space
Outside on the raised lawn is a picnic table/bench for catching the sun as it goes down with a drink.

Towels, bed linen, tea towels are provided as well as initial complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid.
