Very spacious for 8 people. Home from home.
The hot tub was shut off at 9:45 and no light outside. This wasn’t said in the booking until we got there.

The modern kitchen was great, however the induction hob took a bit of getting used to. The hot tub was lovely and clean, the whole house was very clean! Location was nice and quiet and Mark the host was very easy to contact and helpful with information prior to arrival
Unfortunately all of the doors squeaked and creaked a lot! And there were no lights outside for evening time in the hot tub, also worth noting the hot tub turned off automatically at 21:30 for the night.

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean, spacious, and well presented. The hot tub was a real highlight and was well maintained. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal for exploring Torquay and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was easy, the host was so kind and let us check in 3 hours before .

Clean and great facilities plus good location
Could do with parking at front but can’t really complain because there is a car park within 3min walk
