The property was in the perfect location for the stay, within walking distance of Torquay train station. It was great to be able to check in a little early, instead of just dropping off bags as had been expected. The apartment was very spacious, with two sofas in the room as well as the large and comfortable bed. Two pillows each were provided. Bed side lighting and other lights made it easy to read inside. Amenities were plentiful, with a stocked kitchenette area. Washing up liquid and hand soap were provided, but not shower gel. Shower was hot and powerful enough. Towels are available to rent for £2.50 for a pack of two (one large, one hand towel). There was plenty of storage with a wardrobe, other hooks on the wall and a large chest of drawers. There was a secluded large sloping garden at the property, with outdoor seating and tables. No issues with the WiFi. Great value for money in our opinion.
The 10am check out time, although no doubt it takes time to clean all the apartments in advance of the next guests. The slim-line shower is fine for tall people to use, although perhaps more of a challenge for those wider in girth!

Great location, lovely big garden, friendly hosts, left us milk and coffee on arrival
I wasn't keen on the pull down bed, there was also a gap between the head of the bed and the wall.

Lovely hosts,
Perfect location for my needs, clean and comfortable.
Well supplied with self-catering paraphernalia.
The only thing I could find a fault in was the small bathroom.
The shower was tiny like a cubicle.
More suitable for a skinny person.
But I guess this is kind of usual in seaside accommodations oftentimes.
