Nestee Serviced Apartments - Central Torquay - Pet Friendly - Harbour Views

It was clean and the host kept us updated with essential information. It had lovely views from the front window and the fairy lights on the balcony were beautiful. The apartment was kitted out with everything that you needed. Ie toilet paper and kitchen towel and washing up liquid..

It was too high to climb as I am as I’m disabled and I struggled with the stairs but that wasn’t anything to do with the host.

We had a fab stay. We loved the view from the balcony and the location was lovely and quiet. It was just the right size for what we needed & everything was great, the kitchen the living room, bedroom and bathroom, no complaints. Good shower and a comfy bed The neighbours were nice and friendly too. TV and fire stick with everything you need was an extra bonus. Felt like a home from home, we will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Only minor complaints would be the 3 flights of stairs were steeper then expected, our senior dog struggled but we were fine really for our short stay so warning if you have a senior dog or struggle with stairs. The place could do with some extra bits n bobs like more toilet rolls, tea towels, washing and cleaning stuff so you’re able to clean up throughly as you go (we had to buy this) & maybe take the carpet up and do wipeable floors or provide cleaning products if you’re dog friendly because the pups can get a little messy sometimes after a day on the beach!

Apartment has everything you need,comfortable and clean,lovely views of harbour

1. We were provided with a cot after this wasn’t provided at the time of checking in. 2. Bed was comfy 3. Utensils were good (not pans) 4. Living area really nice with good working TV 5. Neighbours were friendly

1. One of the Frying Pans was burnt - didn’t use. 2. One pan was hanging off the handle - had to buy a screwdriver to fix as this fell off whilst using. 3. No wardrobe so had to live out of suitcase. 5. Parking wasn’t available so had to use off road parking. It’s primarily in use by residents and first come first served. 6. Poor maintenance in the flat and building itself (staircase) 7. Messaged about the payment as this was taken ahead of the arrival no response 8. Asked repeatedly about a cupboard safe code and no response and felt communication with auto messages in between as a bit fake when not addressing question 9. Regretfully couldn’t cancel as found cheaper options closer by Overall - swallowed a few of the above issues and just accepted it to avoid wasting sorting whilst staying. Cleverly marketed too.
