Clear communication from host

The cottage is very old.. with single pain glass . When we arrived it was very cold and damp and took a while to heat the building up . However the I should imagine in the summer it a beautiful place to stay . In a great location

We had a lovely time in the cottage as we are out and about all day/night and just need somewhere to rest our head,

It was a cute cottage tucked away but near everything hosts were lovely and left us a bottle of prosecco and fudge made us very welcome .lovley and clean and Comfy beds

Only thing I didn’t like was the inside stair as it was wood boards so had to be careful you didn’t slip

We had a lovely break , in a beautiful location.

The location was fantastic, the facilities within the cottage were great it had everything we needed.

I Think if the courtyard garden was a bit brighter it would of been a lot better, as it didn't get much sun due to overgrown tree, the garden needed cleaning and the garden furniture was rusty and looked in poor condition, also tòo many overgrown plants just needs a good clean and overhaul.

The cutest cottage in the perfect location. The bottle of fudge and fizz was a lovely treat, thank you.

Not a cottage we would return to for the reasons stated.

Comfortable beds, bottle of fizz on arrival, Virgin TV box.

Flimsy bedroom curtains leading to VERY early wake ups. The yard/outdoor sitting area is next to the back of the Orange Tree restaurant so cooking smells made it unusable and you can't have a window open for the same reason. Wouldn't have booked if this had been known.
