Harbourside Cottage

We really liked how close everything was. Just a quick walk down the steps and you are at our favourite chippy Saltwater. And much much more. Also the garden is a right sun trap in the afternoon and evening if you didn't want to go out you can sit and enjoy the sunshine 😎

The only gripe and it's not really a thing is that you access the Cottage down a short ally then up a few steps then through the neighbours gate and garden to get to your gate. If they have a dog and its is in the garden you might have to shout for them to get the dog in so you can safely pass through with your dog, but only if they don't get on lol. Sometimes you feel like your putting them out but otherwise no problem at all. Someone with bad legs might struggle with the steps but we found them fine.

I loved the location, it was extremely clean and very easy to book. The little garden was lovely, it was dog friendly and the welcome pavk was perfect..

I was spammed with about 3 emails a day with the same information regarding the booking which was annoying, it also meant important information got lost. Please calm down on the emails! Also only 1 towel per person, it would have been nice to have a hand towel each. The parking was an additional expense to consider.

The property was perfect for location, to get to all the lovely places we went to. The property was equipped with everything you need.

The stairs are somewhat steep, if you have any disabilities. I do think a stair gate up the top as right opposite bathroom when you come out more so during night.

The property was very clean, close to everything we needed and not a far drive from other places! We really enjoyed our stay. Joff was fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us and told us some lovely places to visit! Fantastic property. Highly recommend!
