There are lovely places to visit which we and my Rafiki loved. Highly recommended

The property was perfect for location, to get to all the lovely places we went to. The property was equipped with everything you need.

The stairs are somewhat steep, if you have any disabilities. I do think a stair gate up the top as right opposite bathroom when you come out more so during night.

Fantastic! Absolutely loved it

The property was very clean, close to everything we needed and not a far drive from other places! We really enjoyed our stay. Joff was fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us and told us some lovely places to visit! Fantastic property. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic break with everything we could’ve hoped for

The location was absolutely perfect for us with a gentle stroll to the harbour and so easy to travel around by bus to Paignton, Brixham, etc, it really was a great holiday thank you

The only criticism I can think of is that the stairs are a little bit narrow but I’m getting on a bit now so with a little bit of care we didn’t have any problems and no mishaps

Very good

Good value and great location. Everything was clean and had everything you needed. Never met the hosts but they sent us all the information we needed and also informed us that the property was available to check in 2 hours before we were due to check in. Complementary bottle of wine and Sweets on arrival which was nice but would suggest a few sachets of tea and coffee and a small milk would have been nice especially if you have just arrived after a long journey.

The only negatives for this property is that access to it is through the next doors property’s garden (also a holiday let) which would have made us feel a little bit uncomfortable although there was no one staying there the week we had booked. Also only one Yale key left. There was a chub lock on the door but no key and with a glass panel door we felt a little bit uncomfortable leaving valuables.

Nice and quiet location. Tucked away so felt safe.

The basic need when arriving after an 8 hour journey is a much needed cup of tea. There were no tea bags or anything available to even make a drink. Please provide the basics! The property is VERY small. Smaller than it appears on the photos.

Lovely stay in Torquay

The location is great, hosts were very friendly and the accommodation was spotless - we had a lovely stay and only wished we could have stayed longer than we really were able to.

The only thing I would suggest is slightly clearer instructions to where you could collect the keys (maybe say it'd next to the external meter cupboard.
