Wonderful and friendly host, was in communication with Sara, before arrival and she was on hand if anything was needed being responsive and helpful. The apartment was super clean, usually my wife has the need to wipe down surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes to get rid of dust etc, but didnt feel the need to at all. close enough to local beach and restaurants and local tesco's only a short walk away. Only a 5min drive into Torquay centre, Aldi also nearby.
Minor things, which didn't effect our stay overall but noticed. The pull out bed wasn't the easiest to get out and pack away. the frying pans could have been non-stick as took some time to clean them after use.
