It’s made for a lovely weekend away

Rose court was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the hosts were lovely. Looking forward to returning in the new year. Oh added bonus you get off road parking as well.

Very comfortable, well located, quiet and well equipped.

Great apartments in an excellent location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and sofa. I loved the décor and the extra heating that helped it feel lovely and cosy. Sara and Jon made us very welcome and we're extremely helpful. We couldn't fault it and are already discussing our return visit!

Convenient and clean with everything needed for a short stay.

Convenient location close to the sea front, clean apartment with all basics required for a short stay especially with a dog.

Shower was quite tight and nowhere to put your soap/shower gel, it was adequate for a short stay.

Very friendly welcome and a nice treat for our cat. Our host had a lot of useful information for us and we enjoyed the nice rose garden as well.

Petfect Family holiday with our dogs

Perfect location. Very clean with lovely decor. Each apartment has a parking space. Very comfortable bed. Didn’t use the kitchen much but perfect if you want to cook. Cooker and microwave and everything you can think of in utensils. Bathroom had a really good shower too. My room looked over a little garden. Lovely garden at the front of property with tables and chairs. Lovely owners. Cannot recommend this place enough. And dog friendly

Excellent place to stay in torquay

Sara and Jon were exceptional, from a lovely warm welcome, meet and greet, was shown around all of the room and location of everything, nothing was ever to much for Sara and Jon Was really nice to get to know sara and Jon, we will be returning Perfect location in torquay close to all thats needed and of course close to 3 degrees west

Excellent and would 100% recommend these apartments to stay in whilst visiting South Devon.

Owners are lovely people, very welcoming and detailed about the facilitates and location. The mattress itself was very good condition and comfy. The apartment was extremely clean. The location was peaceful and being in the apartment room itself was a lot quieter than a hotel room. The apartment isn’t too far from local attractions and things to do, such as a short-drive to Torquay and Paignton. It’s also in an excellent place (5 min walk) for peaceful and relaxing walks along the cliff with sea views, looking down at Oddicombe beach.

The apartment itself was great value for money, however if I was being picky I’d say that the family room itself was a little cramped and the sofa bed in the lounge was a little uncomfy as a sofa. If you don’t need 4 beds (family room incl the double bed) and not requiring the extra sofa bed, I’d recommend one of the other apartments instead of the family room apartment.

Fab stay at Rose Court

Great location close to the Downs and two beaches. Walkable distance into Torquay which I did for a boat tour. Parking was available and a lovely garden to sit outside. Great facilities, incredibly clean and well maintained. Useful information provided on what to do in the area and recommendations given. Really friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a shame I wasn’t able to stay for longer but I hope to be back!

Apartment is quite cosy but has separate bedroom. Garden is fabulous for relaxing in the summer evenings. Apartment was very quiet in terms of noise from other guests.

The hosts Jon & Sara couldn’t do enough for us. It was obvious that the both of them had invested their heart and soul into making guests feel valued. From the moment we arrived we felt at home with our accommodation and surroundings.

Excellent location a minute or two from the sea views and walks of stunning Babbacombe Downs. Very helpful resident hosts meant a much better service and standard than the sometimes drab unloved unstaffed holiday let accessed by the dreaded key box. Beautiful garden and free parking on site.

No shortcomings as the resident owners are very good at running a big house divided into holiday flats.
