Perfect apartment for a short stay close to Torquay seafront.

Amazing holiday

Great accommodation with everything you need. Safe in the knowledge that it has a courtyard with a gate so my children could play in safety. Great location near bars, restaurants, harbour, local attractions and much more. Would absolutely recommend.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the marina, local restaurants and shops.

Noisy location- seagulls, neighbours. Parking is a thing of a nightmare. Pot luck to get a space. The place itself is dated in need of updating. Loose floor boards, flat cushions/pillows, towels not nice and fluffy very dry and old just tatty. , bathroom door does not shut, no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen, Bed is noisy and uncomfortable,seen, better days. No blinds in any of the rooms just curtains which sun comes through.

Delightful little apartment with great facilities in a perfect location.

There was plenty of space for our family of 3 plus dog and we all felt instantly at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Our 11 year old son was delighted there was an xbox!

Nothing the host has any control over but on the first night a pair of residents had a very unpleasant domestic argument which woke us up. It didn't last long and didn't repeat during the stay.

We left! EARLY

We had booked to stay for a week but left after 2 nights. The issues are below. The owner offered no compensation. They indicated to Booking that if we had asked, they would have sent in cleaner. How they would clean a carpet, deep clean a kitchen, replace a toilet seat, and fix a leaking radiator whilst we stayed, I am at a loss. We are regular travellers, and I am a Genius member in Booking, so I am not used to complaining. Make your own views on the below. Hi Tony. We have had to cut our holiday short. This has been due to the condition of the property. The carpet is stained and dirty generally. We found food waste and chocolate buttons under the sofa. The kitchen fan hood is rusting and has thick old hardened grease on it. We had to wash the cups, glasses, and cutlery before using it. I would not use the frying pan as it had old dropplets of oil still in it. My wife woke up on Saturday with a severe allergy to her eyes after sleeping in the double bed. It was extremely painful, and her face and eyes swole up. The boiler creaks like an old motor and screaches after the toilet is flushed. It also rattles when the heating comes on. The bathroom toilet seat is nearly falling off, and the radiator in the bathroom was leaking from the top right. The hot tap in the kitchen is leaking. Kitchen floor condition caused your feet to stick to it. Overall, it is poor. We have stayed in about 6 different units in Trinity Mews and never had any issues like this. Indeed it is one of our favourite accommodations to use. We are home now. Lost 5 days of our looked forward to holiday. I would ask for a full refund. But we did stay for 2 days. I am not sure if you are local to the accommodation or distant, but it needs some serious cleaning and TLC.

Very enjoyable in a nice location.

Very clean and tidy and was a stones throw from the harbour . Our hosts sent us all the information we needed in good time prior to our stay.

The double bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that was the only thing and I’m quite fussy tbh.

It was very close to the harbour and shopping centre, plenty of places to eat and a good variety, accommodation was clean and a nice size .we were given daily permits but you need to remember to put the new one in the evening before so you had 2in the window

I struggled a bit as I have health problems and it is on a hill and parking is limited even with a permit there is one disabled bay close but it's at the bottom of the hill and was not always available.

Big tick for Trinity Mews

Location was perfect and cottage very comfortable and just the right size for me and my son. Everything we needed was there and it was simple to access. Parking permits were extremely useful and allowed us to use public transport to explore "Torbay-dos" - which was an added bonus!

A fantastic property for our first family holiday.

The property was easy to find and the instructions provided to access were clear and easy to follow. It was extremely tidy, clean and spacious - even more so than the pictures! It was in a great location, easy enough to walk to town with our 5 year old, but far enough away so that we weren’t disturb by ‘nightlife’ or traffic noise. Our stay unfortunately coincided with horrible weather, but this provided a lovely home from home so that we could spend the evening warm and cosy despite the rain!

Perfect area close to local amenities. Nice property and very clean. Easy access and clear instructions on how to enter the property. Very Peaceful area Appreciated the extras such as tea/coffee etc...

The only issue we had was the bed was too hard but that is more of preference. Could do with a lock on the bathroom door

Great location, nice and peaceful atmosphere felt very welcoming.

Really easy to get in once we arrived, easy to find as located in the centre. Love the cottage plenty of space for me and my friend. Slept well, great to be able to have access to the xbox and smart TV.

Parking wasn't very good and quite confusing. Need parking tickets that can be used for more than one day.

Great location. Walking distance from harbour, lots of restaurants and pubs. Short drive to lots of beaches. Flat has a good layout, parking easy. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. On a no through road, so even though it's in a centre it's very quiet.

Clean and tidy with all cooking and cleaning materials...except for a tin-opener. Very central so ideal for pubs ,restaurants etc.

Stayed for 7 nights and only had 2 nights of uninterrupted sleep. Noise and music from No 13 going on until 5-30 /6 Am and smell of cannabis drifting up into our apartment. This really does need addressing.

Lovely, safe and easy to walk everywhere from location. Quite small but when your away, who stays in? Everything you need in the property for a comfortable stay.

Bunk bed mattress was a bit lumpy (partner slept in there when I fidget).
